Wow, absolutely wonderful! I should have taken pictures of how they came out. This GOTHAM PAN worked beautifully today! I decided to make my mom an omlette this morning! I used 3 eggs, ham, onion and cheese, cooked them until the top was set and FLIPPED IT OVER! The trick is to make sure the eggs are cooked almost through on the bottom, then flip the pan! Another plus, it's so easy to clean, a very well made and reasonably priced product!
