This is a great vibration plate. You have lots of choices for pre programmed or customised vibration settings and speeds. It really seems to have helped my leg discomfort with only using it a few minutes each day. I love that is is a lower profile and I can step on and off of it easily. I also appreciate that Life Pro sends tips, tricks and videos on how to use, different uses etc. when you register your email with them. I have noticed that I have gained balance since beginning to use this which is a big plus, and my legs and arms are getting stronger and I have more energy. I highly recommend it to anyone who may struggle with walking, standing or any form of regular exercise due to mobility issues. I also love the fact that it comes with resistance bands and a small workout mat...really adding versatility to my workout.

This is a wonderful tool to enhance your fitness routine!! I bought it in part because of the lifetime warranty (used a cheaper version for a year before it quit, so was looking for a better-made option). I’m so glad I went with Lifepro! Heavy-duty, large platform with ‘4D’ that is seamless to use. Much quieter than my old machine, and packs way more ‘punch’ with regard to the features included. I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been using it daily for about a month and can see increased muscle tone in target areas as well as a significant reduction in fluid retention. I highly recommend this platform for weight loss, toning, pain relief, and a reduction in fluid retention. I’ve found it to be user-friendly and it provides many varied speed and directional settings from the remote I can wear on my wrist (brilliant)!

I am using my Rumblex now for a little over a year and a half.. I had serious hip issues which led to inactivity for several years and accelerated a decline in health.. immobility, stiffness everywhere a generalized lethargy. I needed a motivator.. something outta the ordinary to get me moving again.. The Rumblex was the last item I purchased after a long 'buy and forget about that..' process. The Rumblex awakened parts of me I'd forgotten. You notice an immediate change not only physically but in energy levels that start flowing through me amazing me. Naturally caution rules at the beginning.. wait for it.. Nothing happened. Did it again.. after a week, I caught myself reaching out further than I'd done in several years.. Today, I pick stuff off the floor.. I take walks of 5 to 10 km, return home.. do more physical thing, mental things and even spiritual things. The mental fog that ruled my days is gone! I mean, I'm sharper now that I've been and kinder I think. This spring I've joined a tennis club and have the equipment and balls already bought.. clement weather in a week or so.. At the tennis courts is where you'll find me. A little purchase! A cute vibration plate with a unique bounce and vibration. This is like working out without going to the gym. It really is.. I've thrown caution to the wind with regard to how long I stay on the machine but do start gently.. your body has to adjust. I like it for triggering lymph activity and I do feel my muscles have had a work out even though I was standing on the machine. Do get it whatever your issues the Rumblex is nothing but help. Very sturdy machine ! It’s powerful yet pretty quiet (except when it goes full blown on the hier settings in the programmed cycles). I tried a cheaper option and it broke on the 3rd time using it. Returned it to Amazon. The Lifepro Rumblex Plus 4D is a keeper. I absolutely love it !! Since I got it I have used it twice a day. I tried the 3 programs and also I tried the lowest vibration setting while sitting on the machine to help with my lower back pain. It definitely helped to a point I didn’t feel the pain after that session. I will continue using it for sure. Best investment I have ever made on that type of equipment. Hopefully it lasts for years to come.

Excellent but I’ve a worry, emailed the warranty and have sent a query but no replay at all!! If goes wrong who is responsible? The company promised life time warranty but I can’t even log in , I will update this review when they will respond, this is why the 3 star . I was hoping to update a better review but after waiting two weeks for LIFEPRO to respond there is no news at all, how disappointing to know that I sent twice an email and they not responding!! The seller offered a full refund but I feel like is so eavy to send it back , I really annoying that when I purchased this they promise a life time warranty that doesn’t exist, and a customer service that is ignore the message and after registering the warranty there isn’t any certificate or at list a response from them!! Bad customer service!! But as a seller I say it as responded to my review and give me a full refund, though at the moment I got no issues with the machine I would just hope it will be ok,I’m updating to 4 star because the seller as been very helpful,my advice to the seller is to update your warranty ads, as maybe because we are in uk and life pro is a us company the lifetime warranty is not applicable, yet Amazon will provide with 2 years warranty so happy to say overall the plate is a good machine, the seller been helpful. Will see in the future but if it will last long time I will buy again.
