Amazing shoes
So happy with this product + they are lovely shoes! i suggest sizing up as they have a slight squeeze to them

Perfect
I saw these shoes on TikTok and absolutely fell in love. To my dismay they were sold out everywhere (of course) and the only ones I could find where from resellers and double the price!! I was over the moon to find these ones. The shoes are the perfect fit for me, I am a 6.5 uk. They are comfy and super cozy. Perfect colour for winter and match lots of outfits. They did unfortunately take a while to come, it was around two weeks in the end, however that was earlier than it had said. I also didn’t realise they actually come with another pair of laces! Whilst the short threaded through ones are cute, they’re not very practical for walking in all day. The shoe comes with a full length pair of beige laces to swap out with the shorter criss-cross ones. My only issue with them is my socks often slide down because of the fluff inside! I’ve been having to wear super long socks to keep pulling them up.

Super cute but I ordered them the wrong size :(
My other pair of shoes (buffalo’s) were too big (size 5) so I bought these a size 4 instead of 5, they deffo come up small. My feet are right at the end I’m hoping they stretch😭but beautiful shoes

No refund when returned
Too small returned with sent returns label took to parcel shop got receipt parcel went missing Evri but I not got refund seller communicated but unwilling to refund Amazon involved and I’m doing a chargeback with my bank terrible customer care if I could give no stars I would

Beautiful But Narrow
Love these trainers but sadly had to return them because they were really narrow. I wear Ugg boots all the time and presumed these would fit the same but they don’t. Stay away if you have wide feet.
