Get the right shoes for YOUR feet
I love keen the wide toe box makes it so I do not need to order wide shoes and I have a wide foot. I got these as my sneakers were not cutting it anymore and I noticed my feet felt best when I was wearing my Keen hiking boots. So I bought these in the hopes my foot pain from my bunion on my left big toe would go away.It seems to be working. My feet feel better every day and I attribute it to these shoes which properly fit my feet. Toe box is narrow in most sneakers and I could care less when I was younger. But now that I am older, I am pleased with my choice. Also Keen products are extremely durable and well made as I am hell on stuff. I am also cheap and know these are expensive. In my opinion based on what these are doing for me they are worth the price.

Best hiking shoe I've ever had
I bought a pair of an earlier version of these shoes about six years ago, and it's time for new ones. Although a different model, these seem fairly identical to the ones I've had for years. They are a little stuffy because they are waterproof. But I like to be able to walk through puddles and mud without concern. So I'm okay with the tradeoff. They are comfortable and feel secure. But the remarkable thing for me is that I have Morton's neuroma in one of my feet, and it tends to disappear when I wear these shoes. I even have a custom-made orthotic insert (for plantar fasciitis) that was intended to also help the neuroma, but hasn't seemed to make a difference. (The insert fits just fine in these shoes.) I've tried other kinds of shoes, and I've even tried a device that is supposed to stretch the toe box to alleviate pain from the neuroma. The only thing that has helped (aside from pain killers) is these shoes. I can't figure out why they work so well, but they are so good. When it came time to replace the ones I've had for years, this is what I had to choose as a replacement. I'm glad that after six years and many upgrades in the shoe model, they still work for me. I can't say that I notice any difference with the upgrades. But I don't mind because they work just as well as my old shoes, which is better than any hiking shoe I've ever had.

KEEN comfort!!
Just tried them on. So far they fit perfect. Soles feel a little slick on the sides. Going disc golfing soon we will see how they hold up. KEEN comfort baby.

Built Like a Tank
These are extremely tough and well made shoes for hiking. They are a bit heavy but that's good for building your leg muscles, right?

Quality Hiking Boot
I have had Keen's before and have worn the soles off. I bought these "used" off Amazon in a mens 9.5 wide. The boot fits as the measurement states. The quality appears to be good with the 40 or so miles I have put on them. Although I have not stood in water, my feet did stay dry while crossing slow moving streams and though unavoidable puddles. I expect these boots to endure many miles as have my other Keen shoes. I think they are a bit pricey but for leather boots with excellent arch support and plenty of room in the toe box I will pay continue to pay full price unless I run across a "used" pair.

Very heavy
Very comfortable but these shoes are over twice the weight of my other shoes. I am returning and trying other shoes.

Sturdy Yard Shoe
I never heard of Keen shoes before. I looked on line and Amazon was selling them. So I took a chance. I like it because the upper part of the shoe is leather, very sturdy shoe. Arch is the right place for my foot. I wear a size 11. I use it for my yard work, so it gets wet, muddy, and kinda' abused. I have had this pair only a couple weeks. Holding up well.
