I picked up the Bloomburrow pre-release kit on a whim—mostly for myself—but the moment my wife laid eyes on it, it was game over for me and game on for the squirrelfolk.This set is absurdly cute. I’m talking Studio Ghibli meets Magic: The Gathering cute. Tiny mice with swords, foxes casting spells, a badger doing actual magic badger things. It’s like someone took a woodland tea party and supercharged it with mana.Within minutes of opening the box:My wife claimed all the cards with "adorable energy".She gave names to the non-legendary creatures (“Sir Cheddarclaw” is a favorite, as well as "Mr. Teeth".)She asked if we could play Magic “but gently, because the bunny looks scared.”Mechanics-wise, it’s a solid set with surprisingly clever synergy—but let’s be real, we’re here for the vibes. The art is warm, expressive, and honestly... weirdly therapeutic. Watching a raccoon mage cast spells in a leaf cloak made me reconsider my entire career path.If you're a veteran planeswalker who wants a break from war-torn multiverses, or a newer player who just loves cute animals doing big things, this is the set to melt your heart.10/10, would be emotionally ambushed by a mouse wizard again.

Box came a bit smashed on an end but not a big deal for me. It's still a cute box! Arrived on time. Just in time for my son's bday party. My husband and me are starting to get back into magic and wanted to get some sets to start teaching him how to play. My son loves the art work! It has little tokens on the front and sides of the inside tabs. Which is nice they included. I honestly don't see my self taking them out. Too cute to take out I'll just stick to my dice 😉 it does come with a dice too! So far we have only opened a few card pack and gotten some neat ones from it. Also has a full art divider included and a code for the MTG Arena (I haven't tried yet). So over all really happy I got this with the bkoomburrow sets

Such a fun set with great art and it all came as advertised. Worth the purchase!

Great deck for a first time player. Lots of gems to add to other decks when I'm confident to build my own.

Bloomburrow was a set that my wife really loved and this pre release set came with a bunch of booster packs that my wife loved to open. The art style is awesome and who doesn't love small cute creatures. Very fun to play with and the price was phenomenal. Would make a fantastic gift for anyone who plays magic the gathering.
