Check with your optician prior to using to insure there are no contraindications. This was a prescription drug now it is OTC but diligence should still be used. It is a good product, and the article came on time and intact.

Eye Relief
Product works well. A bit expensive for the size of bottle but only one application per day is needed so it lasts. If eyes get itchy before the end of day I'll use alaway to get me through the rest of the day.

Works, but too expensive and there are some negatives
This product is too expensive, especially for a product that is off patent. It's too bad that there isn't a cheaper alternative available. Also, the amount that you receive is so infinitesimally small, it rivals printer ink for $ per oz. Would get 4 stars, if not for the price.This product works for me. As for whether the extra strength version is better than the two more diluted versions, I don't know.It's not a panacea, but it does what it says on the box.Now for the downsides (listed in the product information):The biggest issue: Eye buildup in the corners of my eyes. It dries out and turns crusty, which is not a good feeling. It's irritating.It will also travel through your tear ducts and into your mouth. It's normal, but it does not taste great. Also, ingesting it is not good for you. If you have tear duct plugs, then it shouldn't be a problem.Other than that, I did not experience any other side effects and am satisfied with the product.I am going to try saline eye rinses as an alternative to to using this product, as I'm not a big fan of the taste.
