Worked well! I had used the whole bottle but I chose to mix it with milk chocolate so it took more food coloring because it was fighting with the brown color from the chocolate. Color was strong and packaging was easy to use and clean/close back up.

This made my chocolate seize up, not sure why since it's supposed to be oil based but this definitely ruined my chocolate

I chose this product because the description indicated it would color chocolate . It does nothing to change the color of melted chocolate. It does change the color of melted white chocolate. You can paint the product on chocolate that has not been melted but it doesn't show up very well. It does show well painted on white chocolate. The oil base does blend well in melted white chocolate without causing the chocolate to seize up. The product has no discernible taste. There were no instructions at all to guide as to how much of the product to use to achieve desired results.

This dye is not very vivid. It's impossible to achieve a deep green like the ad picture would suggest no matter how much you add but I personally ended up liking the muted sage green color. I used Madagascar vanilla white chocolate but added some almond bark to achieve more opacity and ended up adding like 5 drops to only 4 oz of chocolate and still got this muted green shade. Other than that it's a good dye as far as it mixing well with the chocolate and not affecting it's texture.

Worked well in chocolate and royal icing

I’m always scared when it comes to using red dye for chocolate because it never comes out red, but this one did! I’m a customer for life!
