Wanted to wait a couple months to review…First time using an auto feeder and so far, I must say this is a good one. Been wanting one for a long time to help me sleep due to early AM wake-up food calls. Set up took awhile but instructions were easy enough to follow. The Smart Life app allows you to enter as many as 10 times slots for food dispensing at the convenience of your device, no babysitting the machine and of course you can adjust the frequency and portions, I mostly use the smallest amount. As we head into summer, my cat sleeps more and eats way less with the heat so I seem to save on cat food expenses. I also plug mine in as not to worry about charging it and running out of power. It’s the ideal size as I only have one cat and it will ALMOST hold a 3 lb bag of cat kibble. The only thing I don’t care for is the digital panel is very bright and I’m not sure I can turn the feature off. The brightness keeps me up but for I just put something over it. Hope this helps.

We bought this product for our pet in March 2025. It was great and easy to use from anywhere. However recently we noticed that the screen wasn’t working and the device wasn’t connecting to the wifi. We emailed customer service at 10pm and explained what happened and asked if we can have a replacement since the device has two year warranty. We slept and next day, we got an email from Sue! She was so helpful and easy to communicate with. She answered all of our questions and responded promptly to our emails. She asked us to send a video of what’s wrong with the item, and asked us for delivery information. We got the replacement within 2 days and it was working perfectly again. I’m so thankful for Sue and her amazing customer service because we were to make sure our pet was fed when we’re at work. She’s also making sure to check with us if our product is working fine and told us that we can reach out to her anytime. It was so great talking to her and it wasn’t a hassle at all. When I also called their support line to see what the progress was on the replacement, they were also easy to get a hold of and not too long of a wait time!

It works how intended. I wish it held a little bit more storage. However, it was easy to connect and set up. Sometimes it fails on the feeding. I attempted a “slow feed”, and it only shot out food once not the other 3 times it attempted. I mainly got this because I thought the locking feature was nice and it would stop my cats from getting in it. It doesn’t. I tried knocking it over like my cats would try, and the lid immediately came off and food was everywhere. I attempted three times with different amounts of force. My cats are fat a*ses and have literally ripped a food bag apart to get to eat it. They most definitely will find a way to knock this over to get food, and once learn to do it, there’s no stopping them. My wallet can’t handle the amount of money on food I’ll loose because they’re fat and this lid won’t stay on when knocked over. Also, the makers put this stupid big white sticker on the lid that was a pain to get off. The sticker was for you to see if the food is big enough to fit. Y’all could’ve just made this a separate sticker with an option for us to put it on the device, or just put it on the box or instructions. It was annoying.

I purchased two of these for my cats, as they eat different amounts of different foods (one is on diet food, another is on hairball food). We wanted them to have an automatic feeder for when we go out of town. Initially, we monitored them to make sure they weren't stealing food from each other or going to the wrong bowl. They were very quick to learn and got accustomed to the new feeders quickly. They did seem a little skeptical about the tinging noise of the food hitting the bowls at first, but got over that quickly.They work great and are accurate as far as dispensing amount and time. I love that they connect to the app and I can easily adjust feeding times/amounts. I also love that you can plug it in and keep batteries in it as a backup power option. This makes me feel much better leaving the cats alone for a few days while on vacation.I do wish that it was easier to remove the canister that holds the food though. If you try to take it off, food falls out the bottom. You either have to empty it or turn it upside down to take it off and clean it. Maybe some kind of closing/locking mechanism could be added? The feeder is very easy to refill with food though. I also wish it had the voice recording feature that the double feeder has, as that always helped notify my cats that it was feeding time. Overall, this product works great for us and our two cats!

It’s easy to program and works very well

So, I'm really surprised I'm not over feeding my cat but also not. He came from a home that he had to share food with 20+ cats. He gets hungry a lot and I know because he gets overly affectionate. This really helps to give him as much as I want to throughout the day. I felt like it was easy to set up with the instructions. You can have I think 6 different feeding times and can set a different amount for each time. I keep mine plugged in because I don't care to keep up with batteries. It's easy to load but when it gets low the food doesn't always shift to the bottom well. The metal bowl comes out for easy cleaning and the black bowl holder comes out from the feeder if it needs cleaning too. Definitely recommend if you have a wild schedule or if your animal doesn't do well with once a day feeding.

My cat loves it

This item is terrible. I was sent one that was defective. It was plugged into the wall and it had batteries, but the device keeps turning off. The only way this benefits you is if you work from home or you’re extremely close to the device otherwise the scheduled feedings that you have for your dog won’t work. Especially if you work outside of the household and unless you’re close enough to your house to reconnect it on the app there’s nothing you can do. This is the most horrible device I’ve ever paid for it was a waste. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
