I Live in FL and have several hand held fans that I use all the time. This one has the best and most powerful air flow out of any of them. Its pretty impressive. BUT the battery life really really sucks. I'm talking less than an hour. So if you go to the park with your kids, or a concert, or anywhere else that you would want to have some cooling for any longer than that you need a back up fan, or a power bank. I don't need all that trouble. I have fans that aren't as powerful, but I can use for a full day if I wanted to. So this one sits on my desk at work because those savages are always cold and messing with the ac. Also, this misting is a joke. If that has anything to do with your decision then forget it. Yes it "works", and yes it's "cold" but that's only if you have it basically touching your face while the feature is on. I filled it once when it was brand new to check it out, was really disappointed, and wished I never put the water in it to begin with. Really hard to empty, and you can't get that moisture of the tank and lines completely, so it's basically a breeding ground for bacteria now. I don't mean to say that this product isn't worth it, because to me it still is. But I wish I had known these things before purchasing because I might have made a different choice.

I have a number of misting fans but this one is by far my favorite and the one I reach for the most. The mist really makes a difference and out of the ones I have feels the best. I take the bus and train to work and I always have this with me. Waiting for a train in a NYC underground station it’s terribly hot!!!! This helps so much. Or the rare occasion the AC isn’t working on the train or bus, this is a life saver!! Only thing is i wish it held more water. The extra bottle is enough for one refill. And the compartment on the fan is rather small. My other fan with a larger water compartment still doesn’t feel as great as this one. But other than that, this is a win!

There are hundreds of other misting fans on the market but you have to pump the sprayer manually. This is the only one I’ve ever seen that’s fully automatic. Very awesome!Also being rechargeable is a nice plus. It’s got an 18650 inside so if you are the adventurous type, you could easily upgrade the capacity.UPDATE: After being a little disappointed with the battery life, I took it apart and pulled out the battery, then I placed it into a SkyRC MC3000 battery analyzer, and the battery which is labeled 2000 mah is only holding 1300 mah. Pretty lousy. However I whacked in a 3500 mah Samsung 35E battery and its much better now!

Bought for a music festival. When I opened the box, I was curious why there was water in the reservoir where the water goes. But I needed it today, so I overlooked that it was used. I had charged it for 24 hours and it should have been ready to go. When I filled it with water, I turned it on. The fan worked if you put the fan right in front of your face, but the "mist" was a joke. If you put your finger directly up to the "mist" you could BARELY feel any water coming out. I am guessing it was used and returned because it was a piece of crap then resold for $$.

The fan itself is great and very high powered for such a tiny device. I like that it stands up on its own, but the water compartment is horrible. It's very small and closing it up after filling is almost impossible. Based on the picture I thought there would be a way to string something through this to hang it, but that's not the case.

I purchased this little fan to use on my clients, after chemical peels. But it has become my best friend great for hot flashes ladies. Small enough to fit into a purse. Great when you are going on long walks, to the beach, anywhere. I highly recommend this for both professional and personal use.

Likes: It's light weight and compact and it has 3 settings for both the fan and for the mist. The fan works fairly well.Dislikes: The mist it provides is minimal, and can barely be felt on the skin unless it's on its highest setting

I bought one for my son & he loves it so much I bought 2 others for family members. I love that it's USB rechargeable & the power that comes off of it. It doesn't seem to hold a charge past 2 hours or so though.

This is great and something I always recommend if people struggle with hot weather
