A must have for all the months that have the letter R in the name ! As a mom of two , schools are germ ridden all school year around. Best way to treat and also support the kid’s immune system is with these ! The dosage is perfect, they are very tasty , easy to take for the kids . Only 7 grams of sugar , not very sticky , the most helpful amount of Vitamin C content ! I I combine it with vitamin D3+ K2 to shorten any colds and flu ! Highly recommended , doesn’t bother the stomach even if taken on an empty stomach .

These taste and smell great. Very much like orange. the only reason I gave it 4 stars is it does have a lot of sugar. I have to take a lot of pills so it is nice to have a few that are gummies instead of having to swallow them. Others I have bought did not have that coating of sugar and stuck together so I guess it depends what is more important to you - being able to get them apart or extra sugar. Would buy these again and have.
