Great quality ear buds
Brought these as a gift having had a pair myself. Excellent quality sound. They are super comfortable and I have tiny ears so it's usually a struggle to find earbuds that fit and are comfortable to wear. The hold in well too when I'm working out. Paired up great to my Samsung and have not experienced any issues with the connection dropping out at all. Would recommend.

This is actually zero stars...
..but I can't give zero stars. They don't fit in my ears, won't stay in my ears, and the sound quality is terrible. I can't return them as they're out of the box. Not functional, not fit for purpose, not good at all. Just light £50 on fire and save yourself the trouble.

Good overall, a bit quiet. Fine if you want to hear your surroundings too.
Positives first... Sound quality is good. Build quality is good. It connects quickly, easily and the tap functions work well. The app is actually really useful. I think it sounds best on the Jazz profile. The bad... They're not particularly loud and because of the style of bud, that means you can hear more of your surroundings than you might like, even with the volume up full. So if you're looking for something you can zone out wearing in a busy environment, these aren't for you. They do even have a function to let you hear MORE of your ambient surroundings... But to be honest it could do with a setting for the OPPOSITE. I wouldn't return these necessarily, but I don't think I would buy another pair in the future. They are better than the generic £20 pair I purchased before these, but probably not worth twice the price.

Perfect!!! 10/10 recommend
So far so good. I purchased these (wave flex 2) & the live flex to see which fit best and functioned best for me and these are by far the best. Have sent the other back. Fit - super comfortable fit (i struggle to find the best fit usually and tend to fall out). I have tried all different types and so far this is the best fit I have found. They do not fall out my ears and dont cause discomfort Sound - great sound. Noise cancellation is good from what I have tested around the house/in the garden. Call quality is great. Operative function (touch buttons) - easy tap 1x, 2x, 3x, hold for different actions. Smart tech/ app - easy download and set up. Has options to change the tap functions for each bud. Has a find my device function which will be very useful for me. App has a relax mode which allows you to play generic ambient sounds (up to 5 - rain, waves, forest/nature, fire, night sounds). Includes functions to set equaliser, and control the smart ambient noise settings. Case/charging etc - small sleek case, led light for battery level on outside. UsbC. All in all I can not fault these so far. Well worth the money and miles better than the fit and feel of the live flex which is supposed to have ANC but this was non existent.

I returned them
I don't recommend these, and I've actually returned mine. I think the earbuds look good, although they never sat comfortably in my ears - over time I could have gotten used to them. In my opinion, the audio quality is poor, particularly for voice/spoken word. The different EQ settings in the app made music sound fine, but spoken voices always sounded tinny. Since I listen to audio books and talk radio, this was a deal breaker. The case is disappointing too. It doesn't open at the top like so many others, instead the whole side lifts up. There are no tactile clues, so you always have to look at it and reorient it before you open it - sounds minor, but it just felt like a chore every time I took the case out and wanted to open it. The case is also just a little too cheap feeling - and I suspect the charging LEDs will be too light for some who charge it next to their bed. In the short time I had it, one or other of the earbuds would cut out, and I'd have to put it back in the case for a sec to get it to work again. Overall, I was disappointed, because like I said, I think they looked good, and the price is sensible. I've had generic Chinese earbuds for half the price though that have better sound and quality.
