Anything with Tim Sale art is worth the read. Jeph Loeb is one of my favorites comic book authors and teaming up with Tim Sale was one of the best things to happen to comic books since Wil Eisner's 'Spirit'. I think Daredevil Yellow was the first of the four 'color' books the team of Loeb and Sale created followed by Spider Man Blue, Hulk Gray and Captain America-White. [not sure that is the correct order but each book tells a complete story front to back.

Really enjoyable read. Sale's art is very strong here and I think Loeb is constrained by having to write around those initial 6 issues. It's a great swashbuckling tale for Daredevil, something we don't get quite enough of recently. Some of the brushes with other Marvel characters feel a little out of place but otherwise strong. And I think, much better than the Loeb/Sale Spider-Man: Blue. This new Gallery Edition” which seems to be an new over-sized HC format for Marvel. Weirdly… despite being listed as Daredevil: Yellow, the indica and all that saying Daredevil Yellow, the spine and cover only say “Jeph Loeb Tim Sale DAREDEVIL” A nice collected edition and a really good read. I don’t think I’ve read it before? The edition looks great except for the yellow page ends.
