This stuff is the bomb. I don't know why I like it, because it kind of has what I can only describe as a dusty flavor, but it's so different, and it bumps up anything you're eating with it a couple notches, thanks to the heat, salt, and limey-tartness. And dust. I only wish I could find it in my grocery store instead of having to buy it online. Amazingly, it's one of the few glass things Amazon has been able to ship me without breaking. Good job, guys.

OMG. Soo Good. Years ago I had to make my own, but now we can get Pataks here. Thank goodness, now I don't have to do all that preparation of 50 limes and so many green chillies. It is supposed to be a condiment but my husband eats it like a side dish so it never lasts very long in our house, and it is a bit pricey for a side dish! Pataks' process and recipe is more accessible to western palates.

Love it! This is not always easy to find at standard groceries and gives a great taste treat, without being overly spiced.

THIS.IS.A.MUST for any one that loves curry. Being from England, I grew up on a weekly curry and it's something I have brought to the US with me and that my own children now love. It is collectively our favourite type of food. Pataks are top quality condiments and sauces (I cook everything from scratch and am super picky about ingredients), the favours are spot on and the ingredients are simple. The lime pickle is my fav. It is amazing with all types of indian dishes and breads. It also jazzes up a toasted cheese sandwich like no other can (sorry Branston) and is great with eggs (try before you judge). For most the limes are a little too 'chunky', I just chop it before serving. It is spicy, but not overly so....their Chili pickle is very hot if you are looking for hotter. The lime has a unique taste just like I remember in the Indian restaurants my family frequented when I was a child.
