The mat is thin and sleek. It's thinner than a yoga mat. It helps with my walking pad not messing up my carpet or hard wood floors; however, it doesn't have shock absorption or really help with the vibration of the walking pad. I'm thinking of putting some treadmill pads on top of the mat to see if that helps.

A bit long for my walking pad, had to trim off some but it was easy.

The mat is okay but not too ideal if placed on top of the carpet as it folds sometimes. Size is a bit long for my walking pad. Still value for money though. You don’t really need to buy a more pricey one if they serve the same purpose.
