These are the best supplements I’ve ever had. The fruity apple tastes is very clean and delicious making it easy for my whole family to happily enjoy. I’ve bought it 3x now and will continue doing so. I appreciate it being grain free as so many brands add corn byproducts like glucose.

Tasty, effective, and helps with amino acids. Beans and rice may be a cheaper option for some though.

EAA Essential Amino Acids gummies came in a 60-count bottle and with two gummies a serving, will last a month if taken once daily. Each serving contains all the essential aminos, including the branched chain. While I normally prefer powder or capsule BCCAs over gummies, but these were quite good. They resemble little cubes and were soft and easy to chew. The flavoring was a slight apple taste and ok. All in all, these can be a good alternative for someone to get extra aminos if they prefer to eat their supplements. The only reason the product loses a point is due to the rather high current price point for what is only a 30-day supply.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The stars and the price won me over. These are really yummy but haven’t been taking them long enough to know if they actually help. I will continue to take long term unless I don’t see the benefits.

My husband likes to take an essential amino acid after workouts for muscle recovery. These gummies are more convenient for him than a protein shake, they have high levels of branched chain amino acids and they work well. They are pectin based with a medium soft texture, the green apple flavor tastes great like candy. He really liked them and had me reorder these, it’s also a good value for 30 servings.

Taste really good. Not sure if I noticed a difference in how I feel but I only took one bottle.

Tastes great and so much easier to take that powder BCAA’s.
