I actually discovered Tony’s Chocolonely while visiting Amsterdam, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. The assorted candy pieces offer a fun mix of flavors like caramel sea salt, honey almond nougat, and pretzel toffee. They’re smooth and creamy, with just enough crunch to keep things interesting. What makes this chocolate even better is the brand’s commitment to fair trade and ethical sourcing , it feels good to snack on something that’s not just tasty but also socially responsible. The chocolate is a bit sweeter and softer than some other dark chocolates I’ve had, so it might not be for purists, but I still enjoyed it a lot. The packaging is paper , so not super sturdy, but none of them arrived smashed or melted. The price is a bit higher than your average candy bar, so I see this as a special treat rather than an everyday snack. These will become a favourite if you are into European chocolates. They are packed with an ice pack which is especially appreciated here on Maui! The taste is delightful and these individually wrapped variety packs are great for snacks and travel.

I absolutely adore Tony’s Chocolonely Milk Chocolate with Caramel and Sea Salt! The combination of creamy milk chocolate, gooey caramel, and just the right touch of sea salt is pure perfection. What I especially love is the individual-sized pieces — they make it so easy to enjoy just the right amount without overindulging, and perfect for sharing too. I bought this assortment to try the different flavors without committing to the giant bars. The chocolate quality is great, much creamier than standard drugstore candy, and I love the brand's name, because like mine, it's the best name! 🤣 The Caramel Sea Salt and the Pretzel Toffee ones are absolute winners. I’m knocking off one star just because the Dark Chocolate pieces were a little too bitter for my taste, and the bag disappears way too fast for the price! Still, a great treat.
