I love the taste of this protein Cereal, and I put it in my yogurt and has a great taste! I’m so happy it has low sugar and it’s really filling. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.

Smells great, tastes really good, crunchy and delicious. It also is satisfying and helps curb hunger for a few hours eating one serving. I haven’t tried it in milk I just eat it out of the bag or topped on Greek yogurt. Very tasty

It’s hard to find tasty, gluten free food. This is 100% protein, no carbs! Yummy, crunchy and delicious!!

Chock full of blueberry flavor from real blueberries (dehydrated) and blueberries in the cereal pieces. They stay crunchy in milk. I love this flavor. They have many other good flavors. Healthy and low carb, lots of fiber.

I am 65 and on a weight loss plan and hoping it lowers my BP. Overhauling my eating habits is hard enough but when I discovered this cereal, it makes snack time pleasant! I intended to eat it like a cereal with coconut milk, which I may, but the small portion and price may keep me eating it just as a snack. Thus the 4 star. Crunchy, sweet enough, blueberries are tasty and unlike other reviews, I haven’t experienced an unpleasant aftertaste.

I needed a way to get more protein in my diet easily. This is not only a great breakfast but sometimes a mid afternoon snack when you need that crunch - and it gives you 11 grams of protein. The cinnamon toast has 11 grams and the blueberry muffin has 10 grams.

Best cereal ever. I eat it daily and have frequent bowel movements, but the farts it gives you are PUTRID!!! Genuinely the worst things ever smelt and I’ve been eating it daily for almost two months… it doesn’t improve. These farts linger for minutes. At least mine do. It’s a running joke among those around me that my farts are a form of weapon. The farts don’t stop me from eating the cereal even tho they do make me look like a stinker out in public. Went to Epic Universe and while in line for the bowser ride, I farted and the employee made an intense stank face and someone asked what’s wrong, he said “something just smelt a bit pungent for half a second” NO IT LINGERED FOR MINUTES… THEY ALWAYS DO. Then 5 minutes later people in line said “ew it stinks in here” it was my fart… we still smelt it… it follows. Eat this at your own risk.

The only real complaint I have is the price. It's outrageous for what you get. If it had been the current price, but you got the same amount as a regular box of cereal, I could have lived with that. But the bag you get is about the size of a bag of beef jerky.The taste is decent, though it could use a bit more flavor. But, I added some allulose sweetener, along with mixing vanilla protein powder in almond milk to up the protein, and enhance the flavor. This worked really well in terms of the flavor and enjoyment. It also helped in keeping me satiated for half the day.I would buy again if the price were cut in half. Until then, it's a pass for me.
