Door Sensors
I've been using these sensors for while now and have not be disappointed. I use mostly Smart Life devices and these work flawlessly.

Very misleading, stay away Does Not work.
STAY AWAY!! I am not a person that writes review. I had to on this one. I am so disgusted and mad at myself because I let time lapse to try out and return if malfunctioned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Does not work at all. Advertises no hub needed with app alert. I purchased a gateway so I could get notified when I am away from home. This devise does not register the activity in app, does not alarm when opened, does not connect to gateway for away notification. So all in all, it DOES NOTHING!! Pay attention to the "Does Nots"!! ---Its a 0 star---

Connects easily IF YOU USE THE CORRECT APP! Works with Home Assistant and Smartthings.
I had issues connecting these using the provided instructions (get out your microscope) until I realized I was using the wrong app. The SmartLife - Smart Living android app the QR code took me to did not work, and I was getting ready to return them. Turns out there are a number of SmartLife apps. The one that worked for me was the: "Tuya - Smart Life, Smart Living" app with the red 'T" icon version 7.1.5. Once I installed that app the device was quickly detected and installed. I was able to integrate with both Home Assistant and SmartThings using the User Code (Settings>Account and Security>User Code). The magnets are weak and require close alignment. I had to add small blocks to build them up. Uses AA batteries instead of expensive CR2 batteries.

False alarms
The unit reports an open door about once per day when the door hasn't been opened. I'm not sure if anything can be done about this, because... what would trigger this? The magnet hasn't moved even a millimeter; it's on a very solid door. So a fair amount of false alarms from this sensor.

Easy install
Unit(s) are very small, and installation was easy with SmartLIfe app. Alexa picked it up automatically after that. Instruction sheet supplied is also very small, I needed a magnifier to read it, but I'm old.

Need Subscription For Notifications - Otherwise Useless
Next to useless. It would have utility if it actually notified you, however you have to BUY a subscription for the service. Even if you are in the area and on the WiFi network you won't receive a notification unless you have the SmartLife app running and open on your phone. I bought a TP-Link 2K camera and can access it through the app over the internet without issue, but apparently this product is simply a hook to get more of your money.

Works awesome with the Tuya Smart Life App
Love it, no issues but 1.. This thing eats batteries, eats them at a rate of every 14 days. Be advised.. Otherwise, they are AWESOME!
