This is a little pricy for a set, but the products are nice. The primer applied pretty easily and I didn't have any issues putting other makeup on top of it. The setting spray is just average, did set my makeup

I have tried some other products from this line, and the Laura Gellar makeup products I have tried (makeup palette, foundation, primers) have been amazing products. So it is no surprise that these both are also equally outstanding. What you get are the original formula spackle primer, and a wonderful hydrating setting spray with electrolytes and grape seed extracts to support your overall complexion while setting makeup too. Awesome!Laura Gellar understands that to make your makeup and foundation the best, you have to have a good primer. And this is a very good primer. This amazingly smooth primer does all the heavy lifting for you, giving you that definitive flawless base to help your foundation stick better too. When your foundation goes on smoothly, the rest of your makeup will just glide on, and give you that daylong longevity you want and need.So first make sure to cleanse your skin with a good hydrating or scrubby cleanser, depending on your skin type, then moisturize. Then you can smooth on your original spackle primer, The primer goes on easily, blends into skin, and helps give your skin that youthful dewy finish. You really don’t need a lot to get beautiful results. Then just apply your foundation, all your makeup, and lightly mist your wonderfully hydrating setting spray to “lock in” your look. The spray has a nice woodsy fragrance (in my opinion) not flowery/perfumey at all, giving you just the best glowy look…your skin will thank you.I really love using setting sprays…it is the one product you never knew you needed, but are really essential because they help your makeup last longer, and just add another dimension to finish off your makeup application, helping your skin look more dewy and youthful.I have been using setting sprays for over a year, and I definitely won’t stop. The day I wore this particular one, I got so many compliments at work. That means a lot, because people at work are really too busy to notice what I am doing, but they mentioned how they thought I looked good and one person said I even looked well-rested, which was funny because I didn’t sleep well at all the night before LOL…the only thing that I did different was use the spackle and setting spray. TaDa! (Guess this is just magical stuff, because I didn’t expect those responses LOL!)I highly recommend these 2 products if you are looking for a great primer that gives you a smooth base that improves the look and feel of your skin, and if you want your makeup to last longer and have a wonderful dewy and youthful glow and complexion. Definitely get these if you have been searching for a fabulous primer and setting spray combo…This is the one you have been looking for!

I ordered this set for my girlfriend. She really likes the combo set. She feels like it makes her skin feel more alive, and it does seem to have a livelier glow to her skin after using it. She hasn't had any negative reactions.

I'm a fan of Laura Geller's Spackle primer although I prefer the Hydrate version for my mature skin that is more on the dry side. It comes in a generous sized tube and does a great job at prepping the skin for make-up application. The Original version is great for normal or oiler skins types, but just OK for dry skin. This product is made in the US.The Spackle Mist is new to me. It really needs better instructions. I had to watch a Geller video to learn how to use it. It was OK as a pre-treatment but where it really shined was on spraying on top of makeup. It made my skin look fresh and less made-up. I also tried applying it over makeup I had been wearing for hours and was starting to sink into my pores and wow - just a couple of spritzes of this stuff and my makeup looked freshly applied. If it also came in a smaller, more travel friendly size, I would never be without it. The only thing I'm not in love with is that this is made in China. I'm really disappointed that this brand is choosing to go that route.

This set is great. It's got a primer and then a face mist. The primer has a pump and comes out easily and is a nice texture. Blends in to the skin with no issues. It mixed with my sunblock moisturizer, my brightener and my face products without any issues at all. No peeling, no balling, no weird textures. Everything went on smoothly. It made my products stay on my face evenly instead of migrating around or rubbing off, and it helped even out my skintone so that things just looked better. This isn't going to hide anything, but it just helps your makeup have a base to sit on top of and helps it last. The mist is lovely. This would be great to keep in the fridge for a hot day. It also helps refresh your makeup without messing it up. It didn't make my mascara run. It just is a nice mist that feels good if you need a pick up. The packaging is lovely, everything looks just as pictured. These are great items to have!

These really work! Great primer and setting spray combo, works really well and it lasts

This is my first time trying LAURA GELLER products, and I followed the instructions carefully to ensure good results. After my daily routine, I applied the primer, sunblock, and makeup. I was impressed with how well the primer covered the pores around my nose and helped the foundation spread smoothly. I'm happy to say—it works!The mist spray has a light, refreshing scent, which adds a nice finishing touch. Overall, I recommend this set!

From social media I was so so excited to try this product and please don’t get me wrong they are both very very hydrating to the skin and moisturizing but under my makeup it causes major caking and cracking and ruins my makeup but when I just out these on my face alone they feel very nice just doesn’t mix wi5 my makeup
