Make sure you have a partner to put it together lol
My two problems are with how long it took to put up and with how fedex put it right in front of my garage so I had to get out and move it myself (obviously heavy) to get my car out. Which has nothing to do with the actual product lol. It’s great! My kids are obsessed. It looks so nice and seems like actual good quality. I will say the stuff the bars are coated in scratches off while you’re putting stuff together so there’s like paint/metal/whatever shavings in my grass which I don’t love but I’m sure is fine

Excellent Trampoline, Except . . .
The trampoline itself is great! It's firm yet bouncy, it's sturdy yet light enough to move around when I need to mow the lawn. And I love that there's a rim at the top of the net—it adds form and stability to what would otherwise droop and sag. My two biggest issues are:(1) The spring pad pulls up on the edge, so instead of wrapping around the frame, it just sits on top of the springs. It's tied on, so it's not a huge deal, it just looks a little sloppy.(2) The pads that fit around the vertical poles that hold up the net have—the best word I can think of is—eroded. They've just kind of melted off. (See pictures.) We don't live in a a hot climate. There's not intense light landing on them other than normal sunlight. But whatever foam they're made of has just . . . melted. It's really weird and makes them look really ugly. We'll strip them off at the end of the season and not put them back on again. So, those are minor complaints that don't affect the functionality of the trampoline itself—which is great—but I thought I'd mention them here.

BUYER BEWARE!
When I read the review about the frame snapping, I assumed they may have exceeded the weight limit. We set this thing up, and yes, it looks GREAT, and the design seems to have addressed some of the flaws we’ve experienced with previous trampolines. But no joke—five minutes into letting our child play on it with a friend, and BOOM! The frame snaps. Just like the other buyer warned (and their review has 12 likes).I’ll update this review once I hear back from the company and see how they handle it. But one thing’s for sure—those outer rings are definitely NOT stainless steel. SMH. What a shame. The ball is in their court now, we’ll see what happens.

Excellent Customer Service
Assembly was quick and easy with two people. The real five stars is given to the customer service. We had a storm the day after set up and it blew away! The company was so responsive, gracious, and offered options for parts or full replacement. Should we ever need a second or another trampoline, we will stick with this company!

Safety net poles break within 3 months
Only had it for a few months and the poles that hold up the safety net, have all broken. I have an 11 and 12 year old both under 100lbs. The trampoline itself is great, but they really need to do something about the net poles.

Kids and cats love
The support beams for the net are a bit faulty but otherwise a great purchase for kids and cats!

Sturdy and safe
The media could not be loaded. Love our trampoline, great size, just would have liked at least one more accessory for playing for the kids maybe a hoop or something.
