Very easy to set up. Make filtered water as you need it in minutes Pitcher is very sturdy and easy to clean. Long lasting Has an indicator light when filter need replacing My dogs seem to enjoy the filtered water since they are drinking more water Note: I got the alkaline filter first but changed to the regular since the alkaline water can upset a dogs chemistry per my vet. I drink more water too! Coffee tastes so much better. Couldn’t be more pleased

This filter is excellent! I’ve been using it for a couple of months the taste of the water is really good. I had an issue with the light on the detector and the help me to fix the problem very fast. I totally recommend this filter. They are very professional, thanks to Olivia for all the help! Appreciated. I’m impressed with the service.

Love that I am drinking alkaline water! Have really enjoyed this pitcher. I ended up with a crack in the insert so reached out to the Waterdrop company. They have been great! Doreen really kept me in the loop on what they could do for the problem. I received a new pitcher very quickly and was kept informed of the process. Doreen was such a delight! Thank you!

The alkaline filters, in particular, have demonstrably enhanced the flavor profile of my tea and coffee, a remarkable improvement I had not anticipated. To optimize refrigerator space, I utilize ice cubes to chill the water, a method that has proven highly effective. I am exceedingly pleased with this product.

Does what it says. I checked Alkaline level after running 2 gallons of water through refrigerator filter and through container. Refrigerator water Alkaline 0. Waterdrop between 8.5 and 9. Nicely made and easy to handle
