Convenient, Easy way to Clean Cups and Discs
I use this to clean my menstrual discs, and it works great. So much easier than boiling and a lot more discreet too. Only one word of caution: Make sure your kids know it's NOT an essential oil diffuser. I had it running on the bathroom counter while I was working in the kitchen, and my 4 year old got too close thinking the steam would smell good. Well, this does produce STEAM, not cool water vapor like a diffuser (makes sense since the whole point is to steam sanitize), and it's HOT. Warn your kids...don't assume they won't be interested!

Extra Layer Of Security
Used it for the first time today & the level of heat it gives off is really comforting. You know it's sterilizing the cups well with the level of heat the steamer it gives off (200-220°). Just be sure to read the instructions first because I've read some of the reviews & it's comical because people are complaining about things that were in the instructions lol. Be sure to set your timer once you turn the system on. FYI, the instructions does NOT say it shuts itself off after the recommended 8-10 minutes are up. What it says is that it will shut itself off once it detects all the water has evaporated out of the steamer (paraphrasing here)...ijs lol. The small amount of water (15-20ML) placed in the chamber will keep the steamer going pasted the 8-10 minutes. I haven't tried to see how much longer because I've only ever set my timer for 10 minutes for both usages & both times there was a tiny amount of water still in the chamber. With that said, I highly recommend because simply hand washing something that I'm INSERTING into my V makes me nervous. Immediately AFTER I hand wash the cup, I put it in the steamer to get it sterilized...providing that extra lay of security. UPDATE: So last night I slept thru the 10 minute timer; leaving it on for hours. When I finally awoke & realized this, I went to check the steamer to find that the system indeed was not OFF, BUT it also was NOT omitting any heat. The chamber was bone dry, but more importantly, the system was not hot 😓! So essentially, I guess it did turn itself off without turning off the power button, BUT (hold that thought).... With that, I proceeded to use the bathroom to switch out the cups. I handwashed the soiled cup, added more water to the chamber, placed the cup in the steamer, set the timer, then went back to bed lol. I did not sleep thru the timer, but I did ignore it because I didn't feel like getting back up. I think I let it run for about 20-25 minutes before getting up to turn it off. BUT, get this...it shut itself OFF as I walked into the bathroom to turn it off & unplug it🤷🏽♀️! I mean I heard it click & saw the power button go off LOL. I checked the chamber to see how much water was left in it & it was all gone. Not bone dry like after hours of leaving it on, but empty nonetheless. While shaking my head in amusement, I just unplugged the unit & went back to bed LOL!! While a bit inconsistent, I'm keeping this unit & I still stand by my 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating! 🤩

Total waste of money.
I would not waste my money. If you want to get it right, you're going to just have to do it by hand. This applicator was a total waste of money. I tried it not once, but several times, and then it went into the trash. It was basically impossible to push. It works fine until you put the actual cup in there, but after that, forget about it. You might as well be trying to push a nail into the wall with your bare hands. Maybe it works okay with certain ones, but with the cup I was using, it was absolutely useless, even with lubricant.

Game changer for cup users – fast, easy, but needs improvements
After 25 years of using menstrual cups, I wish I had found this sooner—it’s so much faster and mess-free compared to using cups alone. The applicator places the cup perfectly every time; it pops open effortlessly and I never have to readjust. However, it’s not travel-friendly, since it doesn’t come with a case, so I leave it at home. In my opinion, lubricant is absolutely necessary for comfortable use. I highly recommend they produce a lubricant designed specifically for cup users so everyone feels confident using it. My tip: line the inside with lubricant, fold up the cup, slide it in, and you’re done.

Not for me
This was not easy for me to use. It worked great a couple of times but 99% of the time I spent so long struggling to get it to work that I ended up sore and giving up and putting it in manually. Maybe some people can get it to work every time but that was not my experience. I was really bummed cause I wanted it to work as easy as a tampon so bad but it just didn’t.

Great, works as expected!

It works good. The only thing is to remember to open it when the sterilization is complete to ket the water evaporate. Or maybe empty it after sterilization and let dry.

Oh I loveeee thisss!!! This is such a convenient tool for sanitizing my cup! No longer need a used out pot to boil out my cup! Good to travel with as it’s small enough to fit in your suitcase! No longer need to worry about travelling somewhere and not having a place to fully sanitize your cup. Have had this cup for months now and have had no issues whatsoever so ever! You can leave this on over night, once the water runs out it will stop heating up- it will turn off, so no worrying about it running all night with no water!

If you have been trying to find the best way to sterilize your menstrual cup, your search ends here! Here is how you can use this little machine: 1. Fill up the measuring cup with potable water. 2. Lift the lid, pour the measured water into the small gap in the middle of the machine. Don’t make this gap overflow. 3. Place the menstrual cup above this gap so that the steam cleans the insides. Put the lid on. 4. Plug in the machine and press the button. DO NOT TOUCH IT FOR A WHILE, IT IS REALLY HOT BECAUSE OF STEAM COMING OUT THE TOP. 5. I recommend re-filling this 2-3 times and placing the cup on the side with a different angle each time so that every corner of it is steamed clean. 6. You need NOT worry about the machine burning out. It turns off on its own when the water is used up. NOTE: Although this machine turns off on its own, I have noticed that the light on the button remains on as long as you have plugged the machine in. Don’t rely 100% on auto-off, make sure you unplug the machine when done. Also keep the menstrual cup outside on a clean cloth when done, leaving it inside this machine causes moisture build-up on it which is not ideal. Hope this review helps!
