NARWAL S20 Pro Cordless Vacuum Mop with Self-Cleaning, Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner for Hard Floors, Ideal for Families with Kids and Pets

I love this mop vac, it is a real game changer for me. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a child. All my floors are laminate and this works amazing at keeping the floor clean! I have tried other ways of mopping the floor, but all left them dull and tacky. I do wish that I could find the solution, filters, and rollers on Amazon for a better deal. I have bought replacements directly from the Narwal site. One I first got it, I only had to charge it once to get my 900 sq ft apt cleaned. Now, I don’t have to even charge it and can do the whole apt without having to charge and still having plenty of battery left. It is very easy to maneuver and I love that it can go into “low areas” I can clean under my platform bed without any issues. It has really good suction power, almost too good sometimes. I love that it has different settings though I just keep it on Smart Mode. I do not really see a difference when I use it in just suction mode because the floor still gets wet. The noise level is about the same as a normal vacuum, maybe a little quieter. So far it has help up very well with every day use, multiple times a day. I don’t remember what the recommendation is for filter/roller replacement, but I have already replaced mine once. I do find that even after cleaning the filter and roller brush, that they still hold onto some smells, but I tried to give it a deep clean about once a week. I take everything off and wash it all really well before putting it back together.

Absolutely awesome! Best mop vacuum I have used so far. Took a lot of research to get out of the common results for this need and Narwal Robotics is precise. The smart cleaning mode senses dirt ahead and on the brush, in the clean water tank and dirty one. So nice. When the brush gets dirty during cleaning I either change with the spare it comes with or just rinse it off and ring out as much water as I can then all good to go more. Turbo mode is my favorite. Honestly, the other brands felt cheap and not as well designed. If you are going to spend a good amount of money on a mop vacuum, I would just invest in this one. Worth every penny, so happy I have a great tool to help me and my back.

I am so impressed with this mop/vac. I had a TINECO that constantly broke and was difficult to keep from smelling. The Narwal is designed so much better. Seperate water and detergent is better for the rubber gaskets. The ability to get either a quick clean of the mop roller or a full clean/disinfect/ion drying keeps it clean. I can use it streak free even on shiny tile and glass. Once a day use keeps the whole house clean, and reduces vacuuming to just once a week for certain areas. The ability to go flat under furniture and low areas is unique ans well as extremely helpful. No more seperate mopping and vacuuming. I can even use it on entry rugs for light scrubbing. Eventually, we will also be purchasing their robot Flow model when it comes out for the same performance.

We bought two of these, one for each house. Mine works great and I have never had a problem. However, my mom’s leave streaks everywhere. There’s a potential it’s user error since she’s not oneto follow directions but we’ve cleaned it and then we put it back together several times and it doesn’t seem to be working on her floors. Could be the tile that she has compared to mine, but I really like mine and use it frequently.

Great product. Works extremely well at washing tile floors. First time I used this was an eye opener, "black water". thereafter it has been dirty but reasonable. Battery life is short and takes longer to charge than I'd like. The tanks are always going to be too small when it cleans so well. Washing out is simple and rewarding. Auto self-clean is sweet. Thank you Amazon. When product was offered on sale they refunded the difference.

Works as advertised! We have an Airedale (80lb dog) and live in the country. The mess on the floor that comes in from outside cleans up with this mop/vacuum! I use it to clean our cowhide rug. We have a 1600 foot main floor and it will clean the floors on 1/2 charge. I have never used up all the battery and I use “turbo” mode most of the time. Highly recommend!!

I was so excited about this product. Fell in love with the concept. I was using it and cleaning not thinking anything of it. Great product! But then I started noticing these marks all over the place. Then I grabbed the mop and started cleaning and it was making these marks right in front of me in real time. So I started researching and it turns out that it will strip the floor permanently even with light use. I watched other video reviews of the Narwal S20 cleaning and right in the video you can see the mop damaging their floors but I think people don't realize it right away. They are more focused on cleaning which makes sense. But now these 2 year old floors are ruined and now I need to see if this is my liability or Narwal's product liability because I am not sure what it would take to correct this. If you have expensive floors, wood, etc, this will strip the coloring, if there is a print to the floor with the way they manufacture the panels (not just cheap floors but these are nice floors) then beware because once the damage is done it's done.
