Just the job!
Our daughter wanted a smartphone for her 15th birthday. This one appeared to be adequate and very reasonably priced. For a device costing less than £70, I am rather impressed. OK, it's not up to the standard of a £900 mobile, but, it is more than adequate. The display is good and sound is acceptable - albeit mono via a single speaker. For most everyday purposes (WhatsApp, email and browsing etc) the device does not appear to be overly sluggish. The OS is vanilla Android 13 with no Nokia UI. As such, there is little bloatware. Google Play Store offers any other additional apps. I added "File Manager+" as it gives easy access to our home media NAS. The PLEX mobile App plays movies (on the NAS) over our home WiFi smoothly and with no hiccups.Fingerprint and face recognition work fine. The front and rear (50mp) cameras work more than adequately in good light conditions. The card tray accepts up to 2 nano SIM cards and a TF card (up to 1tb). Unusually these days, the mobile even comes with a UK power adapter. There is a 3.5mm jack socket for earphones. There is a USB-C port for charging which also supports OTG devices. That said, charging is rather slow and best left overnight. Wireless charging is not supported.WiFi works fine without any stability issues - as does Bluetooth.NOTE, this is a 4G (LTE) device - rather than 5G as advertised in the Amazon listing....So, don't expect too much but as a starter or spare mobile, this device does a good job. It's also quite an elegant device belying it's price. Our daughter is rather chuffed 😊 ☺️

Value for money basic phone for newbies or seniors
The Nokia C32 is a budget price range phone using Google’s Android 13 operating system.I think it is ideal for an “entry level” phone for youngsters / senior citizens. With previous smaller size models the keyboard is a big problem, especially for older people with arthritic fingers. However the C32 model offers a large keyboard which makes typing so much easier and the finished result more accurate. Its larger size enables the Screen Display area to show a bigger image as well as bigger text. This really makes using this model so simple, it’s a pleasure! One final note, don’t assume that the USB charging cable is the same as all the older ones in your cupboard. Nokia has changed this to a “C” fitting which goes in the phone. So make sure that you use the one included in the box, or if it’s not included buy a “Type C USB cable” from Amazon.I think that the phone is well designed using the most reliable operating system available and its price makes it great value for money.

Works well, but is a bit slow
We bought this as an extra phone. It works as it should but is slow in the apps and stalls when using the navigation app.

Don't do it
Phone kept loosing signal on data and WiFi, awful sound also.Customer service was awful refused to give me a refund they then decided to take it back and said there's nothing wrong with it so only gave me half of what I paid. Disgusting.

BUY A CASE WITH IT! Amazon don't know how to product support
Looks nice, terrible performance. So I have PROBLEMS with this phone one it's slow, I get that, but it keeps crashing, and opening apps that I didn't open.Slippery as hell, dropped the phone by accident and it has thin line: top front screen and lower back of the phone. So I called Amazon for product support, I simple want to make the phone work, they didn't know anything but turn off/on and updating the phone. The rep, sweet guy, couldn't do much as he has to follow his company policy. He did suggest to Nokia for more help. It's was going cheap, that's my reason.

Easy to use
Good value for someone like me who is a complete novice with a smartphone and does not need all the bells and whistles. Charging is quick and usually lasts 2 days+. Good size for reading my kindle books if out. No problems with performance so far, apart from texting can be a bit hit and miss due to my arthritis and the closeness of the text letters. So I tend to use a stylus pen. All in all, I am happy with this Nokia C32.
