I recently purchased this webcam, and I’m extremely impressed. The packaging is well-designed and looks premium. The product itself has a sleek and compact design, making it a great addition to my setup. Installation was effortless, and using it is just as easy.The 4K video quality is outstanding—crisp, clear, and a huge improvement over my laptop’s built-in camera. The automatic tracking feature works flawlessly, keeping me centered in the frame at all times. Most people don’t realize that the ultra-wide angles on typical webcams tend to distort the mid-face, pulling it forward and making people look odd on video calls. This camera strikes the perfect balance: wide enough to capture a full frame, but not so wide that it distorts your face. In short, you actually look like you on this camera — more natural and accurate than others I’ve tried.I’m very pleasantly surprised and highly impressed.

Good device in terms of form factor, quality feel, etc... Video is outstanding and the software is pretty good. Gesturing is a bit slow to respond but I'm using an ancient PC so that's reasonable and not likely related to the device. I did have to switch back to my old mic as folks on the other end said I sounded horrible. A clipping of some sort each time before I spoke. Will try different AI sound modes to see if that can be improved. One issue that is concerning is in the photo attached. Within the software all the buttons are in one location but to click them I have to be about 3/8" of an inch higher. The software is framed off between the area that responds and what's on the screen. The photo shows and outline that appears and where the app display is located. (That is actually how the app displays). Will try an uninstall and reinstall to see if it helps.

If you use a M series Mac (Pro/Mini/Air/Studio etc..) and in need of an external webcam, this is the one to get.I have tried every other popular webcam out there (at least 20 of them) and they just don't work with the Mac. I have tried Logitech, Anker, Obsbot and other popular brands, in case you are wondering.The issue has nothing to do with the webcam but MacOS has an inherent limitation. When starting a video call (Zoom, Facetime, MS Teams, Google Meet, it doesn't matter), MacOS starts the video render at 360p/480p by default. You need to fiddle with the settings by opening an app that controls the webcam to "upgrade" the video rendering quality to 720p/1080p/4k etc..This was really tiring as one needs to do this for every single video call. I am in back-to-back video conferences/meetings daily and fiddling with the video render settings for every single call was extremely aggravating.Once you install the software provided by the manufacturer for your Mac, this product (and the more expensive PTZ version from the same company) have the ability to use the virtual camera option (i.e. use software to render video vs hardware). The advantage here being your calls start in crystal clear 4k video quality without you doing anything.I have had zero issues (I use this product as well as the PTZ version - I have both). Video quality is exceptional, no stutters, no freezes, really clean and crisp video. Software and setup are simple and easy with a ton of options to configure things to your satisfaction.Highly recommend. A real winner if you are a Mac user.

I’ve been using the Insta360 Link 2C for a while now, and it’s hands down the best webcam I’ve tried. The 4K video quality is incredibly sharp, making a huge difference in Zoom calls and recordings. The AI-powered tracking is smooth and actually useful—it keeps me perfectly centered even when I move around during Zoom calls.I bought it as a substitution of my phone-as-camera and it works well.What really stands out is the low-light performance. Unlike other webcams that struggle in dim lighting, this one keeps the image clear and well-exposed without looking grainy. The autofocus is quick, and the different modes, like DeskView and Whiteboard, add a lot of versatility.It’s definitely on the expensive side, but for the quality and features, I think it’s worth it. If you want a high quality webcam that just works flawlessly, this is a solid choice.

It is a great product featuring AI functionalities. I didn't use white board and smart board features but they looks amazing. The best features I like are the autoframing and gesture.Autoframing tracks your face and always put you at the center of the screen when you move.The gesture feature allows you to zoom, control auto framing and whiteboard is practical featureThe 4K video quality is makes remote video confercencing a breezeOverall, I like it and it is definitely worth if you a Youtuber, or working remotely.

I hooked it up as soon as it arrived and I'm very pleased with it. The camera and stand are seperate and the camera attaches to the stand with a magnet. It also provides a microphone which was helpful for me because I've never had one. It should be nice to be able to attend my meetings and appointments and be able to use my desk instead of my phone.It was super easy to install. I didn't even open the instructions. I tested it and it worked perfectly and showed a very clean picture. Not something I'd use for streaming, but it's good for everyday stuff. And who knows, maybe it'll work for streaming?
