Highly recommended
Great product. I made off twelve keystones and they all worked first time. I’m super impressed. The housing is good quality and came with mounting screws.

Great when you don't want a full rackmount patch panel
We bought a house a few months ago that had done a partial (4x) cat5e hardwire back to the understairs cupboard. The previous owners put sockets in the rooms, but the ends in the cupboard were crimped to RJ45s. These weren't done that well and were flakey, i would get dropped connections and issues if the cables were moved or someone bumped the vacuum into them!I am an IT guy with a network crimping set but have never done patch panels before. Ordered this kit with 6 keystones and a view to leaving 2 spare slots for some building work we are doing at the end of the year. The keystones were a bit fiddly at first and i got some shorts the first time. My little network tester (which is a must for this kind of work) was invaluable. I think this is because I did not properly trim the excess wire, and i think it shorted on the metal clasp. For numbers 3 and 4 I had no troubles once I understood this. It even turned out in this exercise I identified a problem with a socket in one of the rooms and the euro module and i ended up fixing that as well.Anyway, what I now have is a nicely terminated set of 4 cables in the cupboard, mounted to the wall, and now I have some short patch leads from this to the switch, which is much better in the long run. This is a neat solution at a reasonable cost, and it is also metal and good quality, seemed durable. It took me an afternoon or so of cabling, learning, recabling and testing to get this all done but I am happy I did and would buy the brand again if I needed similar.

Well constructed, easy to use.
Needed a small patch panel to terminate some cat6a on and provide pass though for a fibre cable. This has worked really well and when mounted to the wall looks far better than a couple of backboxes and with euro modules in them.the “tool-less” keystone modules are a breeze compared to using a punch down tool - especially if your working in an awkward space!
