Aeshtically pleasing with good suction power. A little bit noisy at higher speeds but does the work it is intended to.

Dent in chimney
There was a dent in chimney but working fine. Installation process was smooth from crompton executive (bhavesh). Very knowledgeable and experienced guy. Installation done on time. Will update once we start using it.

Defective Chimney!
Got this installed last week and when technician tried to switch it on, it didn't started. Henhad to open the chimney hood and fix something to get it started. We started using this since 4 days, and today suddenly it's power went off and didn't started. Raised complaint and got timeline of 2 days, still waiting. While raising complaint, I was specifically asked if I bought it online or offline and when told that online, sounded as if that's why the issues are coming. Seems defective pieces are dispatched to serve online orders. Technician finally visited today and informed that mother board is damaged, we need to pay for it. When informed that it is new and under warranty, and spoke to his senior, informed that it will take 12 days, as part has to come from Tamil Nadu! Highly dissatisfied!
