Excellent coffee and incredibly easy to use
I’ve loved using the Aiden brewer. The screen and interface are extremely intuitive, and I love how it gives very specific instructions based on the coffee you want to brew, including how much coffee to use to the gram. It takes a lot of the guesswork out. While I love a good cup of coffee, I'm not a coffee-making expert by any means. This machine made it easy to use - and the very first cup tasted great! The 1-2 cup option is fantastic. I hadn't even thought of that as an option. I thought I could get either a whole pot or nothing from a brewing machine. But the Aiden handles the smaller batch really well. And it makes it easier to make just the amount I want - or switch to a different roast or decaf later in the day. The coffee quality has been excellent so far. And it also looks amazing on the counter. It's very sleek, simple, and modern. I’ve already had a few people comment on it. Highly recommend!

Great coffee machine with modern sleek design
Great First Impression for Instant Iced Coffee This was my first time using the Fellow coffee maker, and I’m really impressed. I used it to make an instant brew for iced coffee, and the whole process was surprisingly simple and smooth. The machine heats up quickly and the controls are very intuitive, which made it easy to use right out of the box. The coffee came out clean and well-balanced, and even poured over ice it didn’t taste watered down — a great first-cup experience. I also love the sleek, minimal design. It looks great on the counter and feels well thought out. For a first use, everything worked exactly as expected, which isn’t always the case with new appliances.

High teach, sleek but easy to use, high quality product
This coffee maker is fancy and high-tech, sleek and modern but easy to use. You can choose the type of brew you want or you can let the machine decide for you depending on how much ground coffee you add to the basket. It also offers options for scheduling which is nice, it feels like someone made a cup of coffee for you in the morning when you wake up. The carafe is stylish, pours nicely and keeps the coffee hot. It is easy to clean, which was one of my main complaints about my previous coffee maker (Breville with grinder incorporated). Also easy to lift and fill the water resevoir. It is quiet and allows you to choose the alarm when the coffee is brewed. Overall very happy with the purchase, I am learning how to make the perfect cup of coffee for myself and I am getting closer!

Learning curve + A few trial runs = The PERFECT cup of coffee!
I might have a hard time figuring out what NOT to like about this machine. Sure, it's a little on the pricey side but what it is capable of is quite impressive. Best of all, it makes "The perfect cup of coffee" every time! Ready to read more? Then buckle up!... I can't recommend enough to read the directions. Setting it up isn't that difficult - it just takes some time. Getting the perfect cup of coffee? That's going to take a few trial runs and I **HIGHLY** recommend using a scale measured in grams. My wife and I make an 8 cup pot of coffee each morning and we use the standard ratio of 1:16 which asks for 75 grams of dark roast. At first, my wife didn't follow the directions and tried to do things the way we did with our old coffee pot - NOOOO!!! This device is meant for making a perfect cup or pot of coffee so following the recommendations is crucial for success! Normal brew coffee is a 1:16 water to grounds ratio. Want it stronger? Lower the ratio (i.e. 1:15 or 1:14). Want it weaker, raise the ratio (i.e. 1:20). The Fellow Aiden is meant to make coffee how YOU prefer it. Just take my advice and use a scale or buy one - you won't be sorry you did. We personally just use the guided brew but I personally have a profile set up should I want a stronger cup of coffee than what my wife likes. I have now made a pot of coffee and I've also made a smaller 3 cup batch which requires using a different filter. What's great is the machine will tell you to switch the filter container and swap the hose to single cup vs. batch brew. 8 cups of coffee takes exactly 10 minutes. 3 cups takes about 6 minutes. A one and a half cup takes only 4 minutes. When it brews coffee, it is very quiet. This thing is AWESOME! The carafe is nice too, it does keep things nice and hot for at least an hour but we're usually pouring our morning cup(s) within 30 minutes of it automatically brewing. Some reviews complain about it not keeping coffee hot? Well drink it after it's done brewing because that's when it is best! Setting up the timer is extremely simple and we prefer doing it on our phone just because it's a larger viewable real-estate vs the circular window. Just be careful! When testing this and learning how to use it, we left a batch of coffee in the carafe and forgot to empty it. We woke up this morning to a floor with coffee on it that we had to clean up. The machine does not have an overflow sensor on it and since it's not glass, you can't see if there is something inside of it. Not the machines fault but something to be aware of! Ultimately, if this appliance can last us a good amount of time, we will be happy. Coffee makers don't seem to last as long as they used to. The machine looks great and it is a nice compact form that SHOULD fit in most counter spaces as you can see in my photos. In conclusion, I do recommend it for how well it makes coffee and how configurable it is to your own personal taste(s). I'm not an expert but I enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. This excels at doing just that!

I love this thing. The brew profiles are where it really shines — there's a great community of people sharing profiles for different coffees, and if you can't find what you're looking for, you can even use an AI like Claude to help dial one in. The only quirk I've run into is occasionally the finish tone sounds elongated, and the screen gets stuck for a few seconds if manually selecting a brew profile. Looks alarming the first time it happens, but it's never once affected the actual brew, so I've learned to ignore it. Hopefully, a firmware update will eventually fix it.

Porquería de cafetera!!! Adjunto video, se lee en foros qué mucha gente tiene el mismo problema y no resuelven, mucho menos el vendedor de cuarta que lo distribuye aquí en amazon

I’ve been using this coffee maker every morning and honestly, I love it. The touchscreen/UI is super simple — even when I’m half-awake, I can figure it out. I set the timer the night before, and it’s so nice waking up to fresh coffee waiting for me. The design looks so good on my counter, and the coffee actually tastes great. The thermal carafe keeps it hot without burning it, which I didn’t realize I needed until now. Refilling the water tank is easy too — no awkward messes. Overall, it’s made my mornings smoother and a little happier. Totally worth it.

The machine makes good coffee, but I question the quality control. I've had a handful of problems with what I consider to be a very expensive coffee maker. The face plate has fallen off a number of times. The clock runs fast enough that it gains about 3 minutes per week. Finally, it seemed "stuck" one morning when it was mid-brew, emitting a constant sound until my wife tapped the side of the machine. For the price I would expect better. Edit: it's now November and the machine no longer works. No matter how often I attempt to flush it, it tells me the flush failed. I can't run a descale cycle because it says I need to add water. Not even close to worth the cost.

Alright, so I’ve been a die-hard French press guy for years, but I finally decided I wanted something I could set and forget without sacrificing quality or control. Enter the Aiden coffee brewer. This thing absolutely delivers. The settings, the level of control—you can really dial in the perfect cup just like with a French press, but without the hassle. Plus, the community around it is super helpful if you want to tweak your brew. And yeah, it looks pretty sweet on the counter too. Solid upgrade.
