These are just okay. I didn't feel particularly hydrated, but they weren't bad. Taste was okay.

I love this brand and their salt tablets. Deducted a star because this one tastes very fake. Prefer the other flavors.

My daughter is salt deficient so she depends on these. She likes them alot and they taste good.
