VERY good thermally, but limiting when it comes to mounting
Kintaro Custom Aluminum Raspberry Pi Cooling Heatsink.i have been testing various heatsinks for pi's, as i run "a few" in a 24x7 environment at 100% loading (so temps do matter for me), and it does a REALLY good job at keeping the temps down - due to the simple amount of overall mass the heatsink has (it has the greatest surface area of all i have tested). i have tested many sinks: 11x11x5, 14x14x14 and even 20x20x10 and this trumps them all by atleast 8C if the case u use allows you to mount this thing then i would highly recommend it. it touches/sits on both the cpu and the usb chip so both benefit from the sink in place. cannot comment on the thermal paste, but the fact some is given is a positive. when mounted does not obstruct any of the connectors, so functionality of any of the interfaces whist in using this heatsink is not impaired.so, why only 3 stars? my issue is the mounting mechanism. because i use the mounting holes to connect my pi's together with M2.5 nylon stand-offs i'm unable to use this heatsink. if a variant of this heatsink were to be developed where the mounting holes were not used/obstructed, and thermal tape supplied instead, this would be (for me) a 5 star product.bought purely for testing, i guess i'm gonna have to dremel the mounts off and use some thermal tape (for my use-case)overall: great product, does it's job good without interference of any connectors, needs a little redesign on the mounting used then would be absolutely perfect.

but it would've been nice to see something like that (or maybe some plastic ...
Bought this hoping it would fit underneath a HyperPixel display from Pimoroni (it does!). Knocked off one star as the mounting hardware of four self tapping bolts/screws is presumably supposed to pass through the heatsink, through the Pi & then bite into a plastic case - which means that as it's supplied in the box you can't actually mount it to a bare Pi without a case. Luckily I had some M2 bolts & nuts that worked, but it would've been nice to see something like that (or maybe some plastic push clips?) included in the box.

Good heatsink
Would be easy to fit if the supplies screw where the same size as the holes int he heatsink, I had to drill it out!

Decent Cooling
I bought the Kuma 9000 SNES case which came with the old Pi 3B heatsink, so I bought this and had to modify two screw in posts for the heatsink to fit inside the Kuma case. Also, I had to buy some M1.5 x 10mm Stainless Steel Phillips Pan Round Head Self Tapping Screws because of the case mode I had to make, but it is now good to go (well worth the effort)

Works in theory!
One Stars ⭐️ item works well, but only because I found some screws that would screw into the heatsink, As the screws supplied pass though both the board and the heatsink and screws into Sweat FA!! Meaning nothing is holding down the heatsink to actually make good contact! I cut the Pi 3b+ case housing so the heatsink would fit the case, it keeps temps between 45c-47c this is the temp after 4days of it being on running simple tasks so much better than without and still better than the smaller one due to the increased surface area for heat dissapation. PS don’t use the stupid thermal paste that it comes with, get some thermalgizzle non conductive, than the cheap stuff in the box and some screws so you can actually mount it to the pi board.

Excellent heatsink
Best heatsink I have used. Can be screwed down really securely and can which also means thermal paste can be used as tape isn't needed to hold it in place. I have a gorilla pi case with a fan blowing on to it and temperatures are excellent. Currently running my Raspberry pi 3b at 1.45ghz

Plenty of mass and fits the pi board well
Fits the pi well, only downside is that it didn’t fit inside my case due to internal mouldings but the case can be fairly easily modified. It’s massive compared to other options so has plenty of heat capacity and I’ve haven’t had any overheating/stability issues when overclocked and running N64 games.

Really good
The best passive cooling you can find
