This thing is AMAZING! I have been using for 10-15 minutes a day and I already see and feel results after a few weeks. There aren’t many videos on how to use them yet so I’ve been just doing what feels natural but there are more coming around! There is a girl on YouTube who started making a bunch of videos with it. I think beginners to advanced levels of fitness could definitely benefit from this machine! It’s compact, lightweight and simple to set up and use. I am almost 5’11 and it works well for me but I wish it was a tiny bit longer. If you are a shorther than me then I would say it would be perfect! I still get a great work out with it though. I am out of shape, but even 10 minutes a day you can feel it!! Need to put it on top of a rug or yoga mat or it moves around a bit.

I love this little, easy to use, machine. It really does give you a good workout and it folds up and is easy to put away. I’m older, and trying to get back into shape so I’m really glad I purchased this tool to help me achieve my goals. Definitely worth the price!

for the price it's OK as far as excising but the item slips so it has to be placed on a slip proof map. the build quality is good and it's easy to use with all the extra items it comes with its very versatile and gives a good work out. Plus the fact that it folds and is easily stored under a bed or behind any furniture is a plus

This is extremely helpful to get me going in my fitness journey. This is not for the fainted heart.I found a couple of YouTube videos that I follow. A must to take without no excuses of why you can't do pirates. You will thank yourself and your partner will know you been super flexible 😉.

This exercise board didn't come with instructions. YouTube has great videos to show how to use this Pilates Board.

I got this Pilates board in and it was all broken up. Wouldn’t fold up correctly bc it was broken. The side of it was chipped off. Do not recommend buying. Very cheap product.

Gostei muito dessa prancha especialmente para quando preciso me exercitar em casa. A prancha ocupa pouco espaço e permite diversos tipos de movimentos. Há muitos vídeos no YouTube que podem auxiliar na diversificação de exercícios. Adorei!

Tristemente no funciona bien. Las uniones no se alinean y los rieles se atoran.
