Great product
Works well if you’re already using SwitchBot products. I use it to control my TV, AVR, Apple TV, SwitchBot switches, and curtains, and the backlight is useful. Setup takes time, and the control layout isn’t intuitive, so it’s not easy to hand over to someone else. Despite some claims, IR remotes can be learned using the SwitchBot Hub, which worked without issues for me.

Horrible
Horrible experience. You will need a hub, a small box that costs almost 30$ to use this thing, and the box feels very cheap. Using this thing is like having a second wife to deal with, and all in all waste of money.

requires the hub to unlock full use
i was struggling to add remotes to control and i learned that they hidden it inside the "import" option the clicking the "?" and scrolling down till you find pair without hub.... it will allow you to add profiles but if you need to add specific buttons you'll need the hub
