Packaging could be better
Did arrive with the tiny exhaust stack snapped off, due to packaging being less than perfect. Arrived too late for me to return so a little glue needed but a cute ornament gift

One front wheel came of instantly. It was screwed back on but it is not going to stay. This will not be played with but none the less, for the price I expected better quality.

Fast action taken on solving the issue.
After a disappointing start on delivery grandson was over the moon with his tractor but on opening the package we quickly noticed that two parts had come adrift. On contact with the company they quickly sent a new tractor with no fuss at all. Very understanding and a replacement was received in 2 days. A fast n very quick response a good service. Definitely will use again
