It’s only been 5 days but my seeds are germinating. Keeping hope alive that they will produce some hearty collards. I’ll see in 45-60 days.

Greens for the Winter
This is a great pack of collard seeds. I am going to use them to try to grow some greens in my sunny window. I've heard collard greens do well inside in the winter so I am going to use these to hopefully have an indoor garden. The package has lots of seeds so it will last me a long time.

The packet was labeled Vates Collards but there were no seeds for planting in it. Only some kind of yellow powder.
