Absolutely love this smoker! Brisket tasted amazing but that’s also because of the cook 🧑🍳 Don’t really have anything bad to say about it. Just keep in mind before first use, that it should be cooked for atleast 3 hours with wood chips, before cooking your food to burn off any oils in the smoker. We didn’t realize until after and brisket wasn’t ready until 12 am

Has been a little adjustment from our Pitboss but very happy. The only downfall, which I corrected was ther where no wheels on the unit....Easy fix, thank you Amazon
