The tech support is great, however the product is horrible! I bought this in October of 2024, and from day one had to replace the motherboard. Here we are in April and had to replace the pump and stirring motor and was just told I needed to replace the print head. This printer has had more down time than RUN TIME because of the faulty equipment!🤬😡

The media could not be loaded. After sitting there looking at the printer for the last 3 months, I finally took some time to set up. I read the manual, watched the video from the flash drive and then watched it again. For the most part, everything went smoothly. I did have to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. The colors are very vibrant.The negative- the white ink will not print. I spent a few hours this evening trying to figure out and will more than likely try to get a hold of technical service.***update***I pulled out the white ink sacs (they are different then the other colors) and noticed that they were missing the tips. Thankfully, InkSonic sends extra parts, so I was able to fix. Now it works great.

Thanks Jessica for all your help even when I was getting frustrated and got off the call cause I couldn't get a part to come loose but after getting off the phone I finally got it off and I text her that I did and she still was there to help me. Customer Service will stay with you until the end.

I am using this printer for home DTF printing. This is my first DTF printer, but I feel like I should get more than 1-12"x20" print before the printhead overheats and has to stop for an hour to cool it's self before it resumes printing. The white ink is hit and miss. I have to do a lot of head cleanings before the white prints properly, if it prints at all. Typically, the white doesn't print at the beginning of a print, so you have to cancel the job, do a cleaning, then restart the job and hope for the best. However, the prints I do manage to get off it are beautiful. It's just a lot of aggravation to get to that point. The company will not take it back once you've put ink in it. It would have been nice to be able try out before buying.

I had trouble understanding how to set up my printer.Once on “what’s app” Fiona took over and immediately connected my laptop to my printer. Fiona stayed on the line with me until I understood how to use the program. She went slow through the process so I can see exactly what I was doing wrong…Overall it was a great experience. Fiona was very patient and answered all my questions..Definitely 5 starsThank you!!!!!Oh, and I love the printer

Be cautious when buying this item, mine caught on fire!!! The printer was not in use and the control panel wiring for the heat platform caught fire and exploded in the machine. I am lucky I smelled burning and checked on the printer as my house could have caught fire. I now have a printer I can’t use that is covered in black smoke and debris and the seller just wants to replace the control panel. Save your money and buy a different DTF printer
