I’m completely obsessed with this Crybaby series! The size is perfect for hanging on a bag or displaying on a shelf, and the quality is amazing for the price. It’s incredibly soft and plushy, with a level of comfort that makes you want to hold it all day. The details are adorable and really well made—it doesn’t feel cheap at all. For the price, the value is honestly unbeatable. I got one of the concert-themed ones and it’s even cuter in person than I expected. I’ll definitely be grabbing more. These make such fun little surprises or gifts!

My holy trinity at Pop Mart consists of CryBaby, The Monsters (duh, Labubus), and Skullpanda. I am always thoroughly impressed with the high quality items (soft, uniquely designed, a great value), the attention to detail, and how artistic and stylish each piece is.There’s just something special about the weirdly woven whimsy of the CryBaby series and this was no different.I will say my biggest complaint/issue is that my box came open—it was blatantly a returned item that was simply badly resealed. While the bag was still intact, the bottom was wide open—it’s a risk we take when ordering Pop Mart, or blind boxes in general, off of Amazon.

I recently received my order, and the condition of the packaging was disappointing. As a collectible, the condition of the box is almost as important as the item inside, and each blind box had multiple labels on the box.These labels are very large, especially the FBA sticker. It's actually 300% larger than any other FBA label, and they're placed in a way that detracts from the overall aesthetic of the collectible boxes. It almost feels like they didn't have the right labels or printer and just used whatever they had lying around. Unfortunately, these are not the typical labels that can be easily removed; they are the ones that you put on a document mailer that will never come off without destroying whatever it's stuck on.Considering these collectibles cost $2-$5 to make and are sold for $18-$35, I expected better packaging. Other brands will put their box inside a cardboard box with all the import/export, UPC, FBA, etc. labels on the outer box.Pop Mart needs to avoid cutting corners with simple details like this. They might not be ready for the main stage in terms of quality, but they certainly spend a lot on celebrity endorsements.Overall, needs significant improvement.
