This product works great after exercise or lifting weights, I mix it with water and some fruit and protein powder. A+ product!

Good value however I notice the price went through the roof after I bought it it's not even close to the same price i payed... I tried to buy again from my original seller but it's not there anymore... idk.... but it's a good product

I bought 5 bags of this and I typically dissolve 15g of this in water in the AM before I exercise and I think this helps me with some "instant energy" rather than trying to exercise on an empty stomach where also I have fasted for several hours (anywhere from 12 to 36 hours) prior to exercising. Anything that encourages me to do these exercises in my opinion is worth the money and this isn't actually expensive anyway. I also use this occasionally in my baking bread as yeast preferentially metabolize glucose (dextrose) if that is available and so if I want to really get the yeast going, I add 30-45g of this to my bread recipe instead of sucrose (table sugar) or other sweeteners though I vary quite a bit in my use of sweeteners just the same. This is well packaged, the closure works well, and I have had no quality issues of any kind with this product. I also have used Now products for their erythritol and stevia extract and have been happy with their products.

I have Type 1 Diabetes, and wanted something that would work quickly to bring up my low glucose levels. I only received this recently, so thankfully have only had to use it once, but it works exactly as I hoped and doesn't have the horrible taste that dextrose tabs have. I'm not sure what else I would use it for, but it suits my purposes perfectly.

My son is a type one diabetic and this dissolves easily into a small amount of water. It treats low blood sugars quickly.
