I just received these today. I am writing this review now because I had ordered one in 2012. I have used this for everything and it is just now showing sings that I need to replace it. Cookies and other foods clean off quickly , no need for soaking or scrubbing. If you don’t like cleaning crumbs and drips from your oven use this for cookies and things that drip. Great size , cleans very well. Very good quality, fits my long cookie sheet pans perfect. Light weigh and dries fast. I just give them a quick shake and roll them up. Lays flat in pans or on you shelf.

I've had a set of these for a while and love them. I use them for baking and I spread food out on them for freezing, too. Once the food is frozen, I just pop the pieces into silicone bags. That way I can get just a few pieces out when I want them. So easy to clean, just put them in the dishwasher. I just bought a set for my daughter and she loves them too.
