Fits our Hamilton Beach coffee maker as intended. Water gets stuck in the metal band at the bottom, and hardware holding it together looks like it is getting rusty. Main concern at this point is longevity.

Why did this replacement pot have to go through a redesign? The original was high quality and durable. This spills everywhere everytime you try to pour a cup of coffee or fill the coffee maker with water. The spout is angled with terrible engineering. I suggest that you save money by taking a cup of coffee and pouring it all over your counter. You'll save money and get the same results! Or, use a hose to fill the coffee maker. The water that floods the grounds will be no different (since it won't make it into the water reservoir anyways with the pot). I'm NOT a fan of stupidity and this pot is the definition of that!!
