Really great product, best for workout and any outdoor activity. It's super comfortable.

It's very comfortable the 4 books gives a good grip at the lower back but the padding is light and fit is very stretchable so it does not give a good support for vigorous excercising like jumping or zumba or running. So I won't call it a good support bra for workouts. Fabric quality is good. It is value for money for normal regular wear under t shirts. Appearance and finishing is smart

Koi effect nhi tha. Tbh zero impact h. I bought it for jumping jacks and I still can't do them.... This is a total waste of money...... PLEASE DON'T BUY IT! I'm awaring you. Even at the last hook.. it's tight but not giving any effect.. it's not minimising a bit of bounce. VERY BAD 😔👎🏻 !!!
