So far so good!
This radio is way smaller than I expected. I'm sure I didn't read the dimensions expecting it to be a normal size weather radio. It's made of what feels like a thin plastic and one of the knobs seems a little wiggly so I hope it holds up, but so far it seems really ok! It's very lightweight. It's very easy to understand how to use it. It runs on 3 AAA batteries or I can plug it into charge it or I can charge it with the sun. There's a crank too, but I didn't try it. As soon as we got it I sat it in the sun for maybe a half hour before I checked it. It was already charged up enough to use. Even though it's weirdly small, I love the size and it fits good in our emergency stuff.

Dependable
Came fully charged and ready to use. Had it on wx frequency and it went off in middle of night to warn of flooding in the area. Works great and small enough to take anywhere.

Swiss army radio
This thing is AWESOME.Like a damn Swiss army radio, lights (BOTH flashlight and floodlight) are bright af, gets every station, lightweight and cover over charging center is durable for keeping out sand and dirt.Definitely recommend a better carabiner, the one it comes with is crappy. But hey if that’s the only downside, I’m sold. This is a backpacking staple item.

A little bit of everything.
This little radio is a life saver. Battery life lasts forever, you can charge your phone, flashlight, vape, etc off of it. The radio is great, the siren is an added bonus.

It worked well warning of bad weather!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best frequency, and features.Worked great. Was at our summer home at the lake and alerted us of a tornado warning in the next town.Radio has great FM reception and sound.

Works great, Worth the money!
We took it camping and tried the WB ( weather band) stations. It works really well outside with the antena fully raised and u must have the right band for the location. We looked it up on google before we left. Weather patterns are changing & this radio is a peace of mind because it works without power.

A Great radio, BUT..........
I would really like to give this radio 5 stars but just can't. On the plus side it is a well designed and made unit, nothing flimsy or cheap about it. Definitely quality. All the functions work well and as a camping tent radio it will be a great addition to my tent. The issue I have with it is it's poor performance on receiving AM radio stations. I compared it to a Panasonic RF-2400D (a current model) which I have that performs well on AM. I live in central Connecticut and the big 50,000 Watt New York City AM stations come booming in on the Panasonic but are not received at all on this emergency/weather radio. To be fair, the Panasonic is strictly an AM/FM portable without any of the special features of the emergency radio but if AM is important to you consider the Panasonic, a solid performer. This emergency radio worked very well on FM and the weather channels. I did not try the short wave features at all. Poor AM performance is not unusual for radios these days and if it's not important to you, then you will really like this little radio.
