This is our favorite CornBread mix when I don’t feel like making it from scratch. The taste is great? It is easy to make, and the quality and moistness is great!

Although I make the majority of my food from scratch, these easy-to-make corn muffin packets are ideal for a quick bread to go with your dinner. They're basically like cornbread, but I add corn, peppers, cheese, and other ingredients that seem tasty with my dinner. I make two or three packets at a time rather than one because I have a household of seven.Each pack only takes a little milk, butter, and an egg, which you combine in a bowl and pour into a greased muffin tin. It doesn't take long to cook, and I can even do it in my air fryer instead of turning on the oven and heating up the house. They are fresh, delicious, and everyone enjoys them.

I'm accustomed to making cornbread from scratch, and have improved over the years... but This! It tastes great!! A little sweet but nice and fluffy when I cooked it in a small cast iron skillet. (Pre-heated.) I have a new way of making cornbread and my Wife loved it too!!

Bought these back in April, but only just tried them tonight. The are moist and delicious and very light for cornbread. We really liked them because, they didn't need butter to keep them from being dry.

Cornbread muffins are reasonably healthy and unprocessed and make good snacks for people of all ages. I have been eating them for 71 years. They are so easy to make that you can follow the directions, put the margarine in the microwave to liquify it, and then forget the margarine entirely, and the muffins are still very good. Forget cupcakes, they don't hold a candle to muffins. There are no "cupcake remnants."
