Reliable, efficient and easy to use.
I’ve been using the this robot vacuum for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed. It’s very easy to set up and operate, and the cleaning performance is excellent. Floors are noticeably cleaner, and it does a great job picking up dust, crumbs, and pet hair. The phone app is a huge plus—being able to schedule cleanings and check on its progress from anywhere makes things super convenient. It maps the house well and rarely gets stuck.Overall, it’s a dependable vacuum that makes daily cleaning a lot easier. Definitely worth it. I love that you can tell It to mop and vacuum and It gets It done all at once.

ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 Omni – A Reliable Powerhouse from Day One
From the moment I unboxed the ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 Omni, I knew I had something special in my hands—but I didn’t expect it to impress me this much. This was my first experience with a robot vacuum and mop, and I went into it with high expectations—and honestly, I pushed this little machine to the extreme from day one.I live in a home that sees a lot of foot traffic, dust, and pet hair, so I immediately put the N30 through some tough daily cleaning cycles. And despite the demanding conditions, it performed like a champ. It vacuumed thoroughly, handled corners better than expected, and the mopping function left my floors with a satisfying, streak-free shine. What stood out most is its reliability and resilience. In the first two weeks, I did need to do a bit of maintenance (mostly cleaning the brushes and checking the water tanks), but that’s completely expected with heavy use. What mattered was that it kept delivering solid results without skipping a beat. The self-cleaning and docking features worked smoothly, and the app made scheduling and monitoring super convenient.Even after the initial “breaking in” period, the N30 Omni continues to give its all—cleaning thoroughly and navigating my home smartly. It’s honestly like having a little cleaning assistant that never complains.I highly recommend the ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 Omni to anyone looking for a hardworking, intelligent vacuum and mop combo. Whether you’re a clean freak or just want to save time, this device is up to the challenge—even if you start off using it in the most demanding way possible, like I did.

Not worth the money or headache
I have had 3 robot vacuums and out of all of them, this is by far, the worst. I wish I could say something good. I only got a new one this one because of the we changed internet and the speed is to fast to use the app and control the other vacuum. I got this one because it was capable of using high-speed Internet, the mop as well as the vacuum. The mop does not get the whole floor. It does not overlap the prior run and the floor is still dirty after the mop. There is a little bar that is supposed to keep the brush from having pet hair build up but I have the clean the brush every time. I have the suction.on the highest level but the vacuum still leaves dirt on the floor, dog hair, and grass The battery does not last last. We have a 2500 sq foot home and it is set to vacuum only about half the house. It has to go back and charge several times to complete the jobs. It takes several hours to complete about 1200 sq feet. It says it has a sensor to keep it from going over an edge. The back two rooms have a step down to enter them and the vacuum goes over the edge and gets stuck. When the job is completed the vacuum goes back to self clean, empty itself (it does this several times during the job) however it seems to not do that well either. I have had to manually vacuum out the holding tank several times and the bag feels like there is nothing in it. I have had this vacuum for months and only had to change the bag once. There is a lot of debris underneath at the dock as well as still on the floor.Today I finally had it and got the prior vacuum that we had in the back of the house and clean after today's run. I can still manually push the button to turn it on and have it run. I just can't control the suction or the schedule. If this was an employee, it would've been fired a long time ago! Paying $800 for this vacuum was a big waste of money and I feel like I flushed my money down the toilet!
