The media could not be loaded. Very bad product. It is not water-resistant-if you don’t remove it while washing hands, water enters the watch. They have even mentioned a fake email address for complaints, so emails are not delivered. Completely a waste of money.

UPDATE: The backpiece has become loose and comes off on minor bumps, like in the pic. There is now slight corrosion on the needles of the watch. And there's dust on the inside of the watch glass.This is a luxury looking wrist watch at an okaish price, although there could have been more features offered at this price, for eg, it has mineral glass while better products have sapphire glass; even though I have accidentally banged this multiple times on walls without a scratch, it now has 3-4 light scratches within a mere month of moderate daily usage. Even though I would want to replace the glass with a sapphire one, those with diamond cuts like these are difficult to find, so I will rather use the one provided as long as it lasts. Though the looks compensate for it. For some it may be rather small, diminishing any luxury look, but for me it's fine.The manual was the most confusing part. The crown's winding (1st setting) was locked by a small plastic tab, and only the 2nd and 3rd settings were available. And the manual very vaguely suggested to "put" the crown in the 1st setting for first time winding; there was no mention of the plastic tab anywhere (after that there is no need of winding in the future, all power will be captured by wrist movements).

The quality of metal straps is not of good quality. It’s so thin.
