I ordered the ESARORA Ice Roller because I was going to be having a procedure done at my dermatologist's office, and wanted to have an ice roller to use afterwards because it would be easier, and better, than holding an ice pack. I chose the ESARORA Ice Roller over other offerings for two reasons: (1) more ratings, and (2) it comes with a second roller insert thingy (technical term).I placed my order on July 5, and as a Prime member, I was assured delivery would be on July 7. Pefect. On July 9 it still had not been delivered, and I was receiving messages from Amazon that they didn't know when it would be delivered, that it may be lost, and if I still didn't have it in two more days, I could cancel the order. Instead, I ordered this Ice Roller by SPANLA 2, that also came with a spare roller (and was more than $10 less expensive!). The SPANLA 2 Ice Roller was delivered on July 11, and later that day the ESARORA Ice Roller was delivered. Of course.At any rate, I decided to keep both of them because who knows when we might have a need for more than one at a time... (and it's a pain in the patoot to return things).After my procedure at the dermatologist's office, I came home to use the Ice Roller. It worked great, but to get it going, I had to "unstick" the roller. It froze in place. I sort of expected that, because the Ice Roller I was given to use while still at the doctor's office did the same thing. So, if you get one of these, be sure to make sure that the roller will actually roll/turn before you put it against whatever part of your body you're using it on.Oh, by the way, the Ice Roller the dermatologist's office had me use was a SPANLA 2!! AND, having gotten both brands delivered on the same day, it was interesting to compare the boxes and the written instruction sheet. They're made by the same company.

You get exactly what you pay for. I have this roller for about 2 months and works well. The ice last a couple of minutes while your face melts the coldness of it, but it does what it is supposed to do during those minutes. It feels like a couple of seconds but it is because your face gets used to it. Overall, I give it a 4 just because of the noise the roller makes while you roll it in your face.

I was really hoping this product worked 100%. Ok so here it is, the attachment roller literally would not stay on as I rolled. The metal one however did. At first, after pulling it out the freezer I immediately remembered that scene in the Christmas story where that kid gets his tongue stuck to the bar. I anticipated my face doing the same thing. I must say it works and doesnt stick as long as you roll it and not keep it still. Other than that it makes for the perfect finale to a nice facial. I literally feel like it temporarily tightens my face. It saved my life this past week. I slept deep I mean must have been past rem sleep because I woke up late for work and had a huge crease in my forehead from having my face in the pillow lol, I immediately sprung up out of bed took a 2 min shower and quickly dressed. As I was running out I quickly put the metal piece in left in the freezer and onto the handle quickly rolling that nasty wrinkle out of my forehead. Ten minutes later I am walking into work 7 mins late and no wrinkle on my large forehead. This product saved me. La fin.

Like the comfort of the rollers. Don’t like the noise it makes while rolling.

Pros:1. Big enough for use in your neck and body2. The Gell roller feels so nice and doesn't burn your skin, plus is completely silent when you're rolling it on your skin.3. Rollers are very easy to interchange.4. Both rollers get cold enough for you to get the benefits without hurting your skin. Even sensitive skin like mine.Cons:1. I find it a little big for the face specially around the eyes area.2. The metallic one is SO NOISY!!! I couldn't use it because my cat was so scared and I couldn't stand the sound every time I roll it. The other roller didnt sound at all.What I did: Return it.

A simple but useful device that works well, it stays cold for a good amount of time, it is Refreshing & has many uses will be good to have for the summer.. The delivery was prompt & the price very reasonable I would recommend this item .I would of preferred a smaller roller then this one to use for face after using it will get a lot of use I will just get a smaller one also, this one is perfect size for other parts of body. I got this as a gift for a friend and he uses it every single morning. It wakes him up and also helps reduce redness and puffiness from sleep etc. He would recommend it to others. I used it a few times and also think it is great.
