I can't praise these tablets enough. I just take one half an hour before bed and I get to sleep far quicker than I used to. They also help with anxiety and I'm now so much more relaxed and calm. Just read they're also good for bone density so it's a win win.

Really good tablets, I can fall asleep quicker and I'm much more relaxed before bed. I do take 2 about an hour before I go to bed. I have also noticed that PMT symptoms have been reduced in the months that I have been taking these tablets every day. There is no after taste and there have been no side affects. I am really impressed with this product and will buy again although I do with the tablets were slightly smaller to swallow.

I read somewhere thar by taking this magnesium varient, it would promote more natural sleep. Well I didn't expect them to knock me out for 12 solid hours of sleep!! Let me explain, when these arrived the day after ordering, I started to take one that day. After a week I did find that I was drifting off to sleep much better. Usually I have a thousand different thoughts whizzing around in my head. I was on holiday from work, I had just moved into my new home, I took some time off to paint and organise my home. I got into bed and I hadn't taken my tablet that morning so ii took it att bedtime instead. When I wake up it was just becoming light. I got up to make a drink and put the tv on. It was then thst I realised it was 5pm the following evening. I couldn't believe that I had been asleep for such a long time. My brother said itvwas probably the moving house and decorating that had. Worn me out. I haven't taken this tablet at bedtime since. It doesn't make me feel sleepy when I take it every morning. I am not going to try it out again. I am sleeping much better but I put that down to being in a very rural location. There isn't any car noises or people talking. My cat didn't even wake me up, she slept with me the whole time. Usually I get a tapping from her paw on my face if she wants her breakfast. I don't know if i just needed the sleep? I think they definitely help to get a better quality of sleep. Getting our rest is so important and if this helps then I will continue to take them. I highly recommend them.

The capsules are easy to take but I'm confused as to how much is in each one. I've seen both "each capsule contains 1500mg" and "serving size 2 capsules. Each serving contains 1500mg".Either way I've been taking one capsule because 1500mg sounds a bit high to me. No problems taking them and no aftertaste.

Works brilliantly for me. I'm not good swallowing big capsules but these are thin and quite soft, especially if you allow them to sit in your mouthful of water for a few seconds before swallowing
