I have tried SO many curling irons and this has absolutely been one of my favorites. I am normally not a fan of automatic curling irons because they just don’t curl my hair the same but I love the T3 brand so I decided I had to try this. Pros: -The buttons: The knob to just tap if you want to go left or right is so much easier to use than hitting a button. It also has a home button you can press. -The timer: You can choose to set a timer for 5 or 8 seconds (or none at all). It took me less time to curl my hair because I didn’t realize until using this that I will hold some of my curls in my hair for much longer than 8 seconds. The timer helps me not keep the heat in my hair for too long. It also beeps or vibrates at the end of the timer. The barrel is long which is great for long hair. The clip doesn’t pull at my hair at all. It will leave a small crease every once in a while but as soon as I comb out the curls, that goes away. The rose gold circle around the middle of the iron is the stand. It’s not top heavy so the hot iron doesn’t fall on the counter. The cord twists really nicely and doesn’t ever get tangled up. When you turn the curling iron on, it will remember the last temperature you had it set at. Cons: None, I really wouldn't change a thing about this curling iron. My hair stays curled all day with this curling iron! I would 100% recommend this curling iron even if you don’t need another one, you need this one!

I've been looking at this curling iron for a little while now. I have the regular curling iron, same barrel size, same brand for years now and I love it. So I decided to try the automatic one. I love it. It's pretty easy to get used to and is just as lightweight as my original. I have a torn rotator cuff in my dominate arm, so this is actually easier for me to use. The different heat settings make is great for any type of hair. MY only issue is that my hair is weird. One side curls amazingly (with any iron) and the other side, not so much, so same issue with this iron. It's definitely not T3's fault. The iron is gorgeous and easy to handle. My curls stay all day and it leaves my hair pretty smooth, considering I have typically frizzy hair on most days because of the himidity here. All in all, I would definitely reccommend. The price is a little on the high side, but honestly, T3 makes some quality stuff, so I don't regret spending this much.

I purchased this tool for an occasional use. Used it less than 10 times overall and then the barrel broke - it just stopped rotating, while making the noise when you push the button. When I submitted the claim, they said they would send a replacement and requested to cut the cord and send them the photo - which I did. The replacement came from the refurbished stock. Apparently, it was mentioned at the end of their long email about the replacement. When I asked them how can I return it - they would not send me the prepaid label. So I have to pay for this return now. Not only I am losing 200$ on a device itself as they can’t refund me and can’t send me the new device as a replacement, I am also supposed to pay for the return. The bottom line: horrible tool quality (broke after less than 10 times of using it), horrible replacement policy and horrible customer service. If you are considering purchasing - I advise to do yourself a favor and buy a more reliable device with better customer service.

Love the curling iron but it broke after a year. T3 customer service is absolutely terrible! Won’t respond to my warranty claim. Wouldn’t recommend since it only works for a year.

I used the hot tools curling iron for years. Lost a lot of hair while doing it. Also I’m not that amazing at it lmao. Took a chance on this expensive device thinking it could help me. And WOW WOW WOW! It’s incredible!!! My curls are legit and they actually stay. If you’re on the fence and can afford it, DO IT!!! But if you’re waiting for a sale, they do happen!!! But yeah, yall. It’s a really great tool. THANKS FOR MAKING IT EASIER FOR ME TO GET READY!

This was also another gift for my girlfriend for Christmas. she'd been wanting a new curling iron and has a little bit of trouble with curling her hair. I got her this and it's very easy to use and it makes her life a lot easier when she wants to get all fancied up.

My other curling iron works fine spinning the rod myself, but I had to see what the fuss was about with a rod that curled itself. That part is just ok, it might be slightly faster but to me it's just laziness. But all the other functions are great! PRO's: it heats up almost immediately, like within 30 seconds, vs my old rod at 10 mins... love how you can adjust the heat settings for different hair types... you can also adjust the rod spinning speed... and especially love the 5 & 8 second timer!! CON's: the barrel clip is entirely too short. I like to curl more hair at a time, but with an extremely short clip you can only curl a very small amount of hair, making the hair styling process much longer to complete, even though you have an automatic spinner to save time - kind of defeats the purpose of faster styling! Also, when you lay the rod down, the prop stand is teensy tiny, barely anything - so the rod is constantly rolling over when I lay it down. And last, when I'm holding the rod, I occasionally hit the buttons underneath, annoying. My very first time using the rod, the spinning button snapped off at the base, as you can see in the pics lol. I could still get it to work but was again, super annoying. Amazon promptly sent me a new one though so I'm happy!

Where have I been, I missed out on this product for such a long time and didn’t know it existed. What a lifesaver, it cut down my hairstyling process in half and my hair never looked so much healthier unlike other curlier dried out or damaged my hair.

I have the blow dryer from this brand and I absolutely love it so I thought I would get the curling iron as well since I often give me chin length hair a little wave Pros: -longer barrel then standard curlers - like the shorter clip to hold the hair in place Cons: -curls don’t last even a day -the automatic button for curling seems like great idea but it’s so fast I burnt my head with it so I don’t use it -the automatic button for curling is in such positions you can accidentally hit it even when you don’t want to -it’s heavy and bulky and awkward to use - buttons are in such position you can accidentally press them -it rolls of my vanity bc it does not have legs or anything to hold it in place, if you don’t have lots of room on your bathroom sink space it can roll of unless I suppose you put it on one of those silicon pads Not worth the money next spring garage sale it goes!

At first, I was really satisfied by this product, good quality and easy to use. But after about 4 months, the auto-rotating feature is not working anymore. It start to rotate and stop right away. Pros: - good quality - easy to use and fast Cons: - 3 months warranty - 1 month support access - lifetime I used it like 20 times, pretty expensive for such a low lifetime...
