Set the dip switches and it works!
Set the dip switches to match the fan and it works perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was.

Works on Minka Aire model Levanto
Inexpensive replacement for built in controller on the Levanto 52 in Integrated LED Indoor/Outdoor.Most likely if your old controller has 4 dip switches (16 bit) remote, I suspect this will work.Also uses 9V battery which is cheaper than 12V on factory model.Does not dimm the light just on and off.

Don’t bother
Crappy Chinese piece of plastic with terrible translations and instructions and requires and out dated 9 volt battery which isn’t included. Tried all 16 combos and it didn’t work with my harbor breeze. Hampton bay is the only brand referenced in the instructions. Returning it immediately
