I bought this product because it has an appropriate amount of beet root plus some other things like green tea, red spinach, ginsing, and black pepper to provide energy and blood pressure control along with my BP medication. It doesn't taste foul and the capsules make it easy to swallow so there is no aftertaste. It's been beneficial within the short time time I've been taking it. It beats making a beet powder & protein shake when you don't have a lot of time, and a value for the money if my blood pressure continues to drop incrementally. I recommend you give it a try!

What I liked about this product is that it has no flavor, no after taste, and its easy to swallow. I got a 90 day supply and just take 1 pill a day without any difficulty. I mostly got it to improve my energy levels. I work a full time and a part time daily from 7:am to 7:pm and this has given me the energy that I did not know I had. I am able to do get things done in a timely manner without feeling tired or exhausted. This product is also good for improving your blood pressure, but I do not have an issue with that. The energy level I now have is very noticeable to me. I will continue to take this product. This is a very good product to take and I highly recommend it.

I am not a fan of beets, just the taste is not for me. So I decided to buy capsules, thinking this would be the way to get my vitamins as I do other vitamins. These are somewhat large but very easy to swallow, however the the smell can be a turn off but it is not so bad I can't swallow it fast. Haha! Taking only one per day is pretty nice too. The boost in energy, which leads my lazy self to exercise, is a good thing.
